Very upset… brought my mom to get a haircut and got passed up by 2 stylists. Could it be because of her disabilities that they refused? I would hate to think so. Any way I will never visit this particular establishment ever again. I hope you won’t either. I rated this place 1 star but they don’t even deserve that.

This place sucks!!! I went to get a ombré and all they did was damage my hair! my hair was orange! There was no smooth transition. They didn’t even use toner on my hair. All they did was change my hair color back to its original color. also I didn’t get my money back. worst 100 $ ive ever spent! DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN OMBRE !!!

I have been coming to Kut n beauty for about 8 years now with Mari. She is amazing!!! I’m very picky about my hair and honestly wouldn’t trust anybody else. I have very thick and wavy hair and she always takes her time to perfect my hair. She has never left me disappointed. I always call in before to make sure she is there. and if she isn’t, then the haircut has to wait

I have been coming here for a while ONLY because it is close to home, fast, and low cost. Although, they have been raising their prices.
This last time I went will definitely be my last! I’m not one to get a fancy hair cut. I always just want a trim and all one length, it’s not that hard right? Well apparently it is. I wish I could remember the lady’s name who cut my hair! As I sat in her chair and waited for her she was on the phone even when she was standing next to me. I could already tell she was bothered by something and throughout the whole hair cut she was checked out. She kept staring outside not paying much attention to me. At the end she was shaking my hair out but with her hands rubbing across my neck she was scratching the crap out of me. So hard she yanked my earring out of my ear and it went flying. Luckily she found it, but didn’t even apologize.
When I got up to pay I was standing there looking at my hair with my hands and it was so uneven. They had to send another girl to fix it. I was so upset and the fact the the lady still didn’t care or show an ounce of sorry on her face.
Service has never been great here, so there’s the push to make me not come back.

I wouldn’t take my son there again. They gave him a really bad haircut. The lady was not child friendly…

If you are looking for a great stylish haircut or style… turn around, don’t come here. Lol

Horrible. Got my hair cut and the lady did so horrible. She was a heavy set older lady. Bad mood. Never again. It was supposed to be layers she just cut my hair anywhere and in less then 10 min. At least know what you’re doing. This is unacceptable. Not worth 17 $.

I have never have a bad experience till today. The picture I showed the lady is nothing compared to how my hair looks. I’m very very upset. It was supposed to be a long a-​line, my hair is now all above my shoulders.

Wanted to exchange a hair color for another color. They wouldn’t exchange it, even though IT IS NOT MENTIONED anywhere in the store that they do not do exchanges on hair color. I understand no refunds are offered which was mentioned on the receipt but no exchanges on hair color was not mentioned. The packages were not opened, I literally bought them yesterday and just wanted to exchange for another color. Not satisfied, do not recommend. Their customer service sucks.

Been coming here for a while now because it is the best! There usually isn’t any wait & if there is it’s only about 10 minutes. Great employees. Ruth is the best when it comes to cutting hair! She takes Her time, has great customer service & leaves You looking awesome! I highly recommend.

Some males we don’t care much for a hair cut but I sure do! I am very picky on who cuts my hair. I been all around town and no one seems to understand what I want. So I found kut n beauty online thinking it was for only women cause the name, but I walked in and everyone is super friendly and I got my hair cut by Angela. She is very patient and passionate about her work and very knowledgeable. I am pleased and will do business with you guys again!

Two stars for staying open late (till 9 during the week). On a whim we decided to walk in for my nephews hair cut after eating some ice cream at the Baskin Robbins which is 3 doors down. I completely encourage you to eat ice cream instead of getting a haircut for your son, husband, nephew, b.f., etc. We asked for a medium fade and what we got was a high fade which was not faded whatsoever. Thank-​goodness he took his baseball cap. We didn’t get the hairdressers name since he practically ran out of the salon. Don’t get me wrong that this place sucks it’s just important to do your homework before going out on whims to get a haircut, I’m sure there are plenty of talented hairdressers at the establishment.

This place is awesome. I had a great hairdesser in Newport Beach, she cost a pretty penny and unfortunately, she and I are no longer on speaking terms. I’m moving out of OC, which means I have to find a hairdresser back home in LA county. Pain in the ass! My boyfriend gets his hair cut here, and his sister-​in-​law says that they do a great job. So, I gave it a try. I loved it! I wish I got the hairdresser’s name because she was fantastic. She kept asking me if I was ok, if the length was ok, if I liked what she was doing, etc. When I responded «yes» to everything, she’d respond with a «thank you!» That made me smile every time she did that, and it was pretty often. She gave me long layers (and with a shampoo!), and it only cost $ 12.95. Seriously, my former hairdresser would give me the same cut and it for damn sure didn’t cost $ 12.95! She didn’t quite style it the way I wanted (she just put some mousse in), but I normally like to leave salons with wet hair anyway. I was so happy with it! Definitely a great place to get a quick and easy cut. I’m for sure coming back.
