Unilocal time says they close at 8pm. Around 7:15pm I called them multiple times to confirm the time and no one answered. I should have taken this as a sign that maybe they were already closed. I even called another Flawless location and they said they shouldn’t close that early so I went. Arrived at 7:45 and yup they were closed. Not sure if they have a new closing time or if the person just left an hour early. I dont live that close so I’m annoyed that I wasted my time and gas. If I could give no stars I would.

Fantastic service!
I’m trying to move away from chewing tobacco, and elected to try the vape thing. I walked into Flawless a few days ago, and they educated me and got me set up with the works; battery, mod, charger, and showed me how to use everything. They made good recommendations in line with my preferences.
So far, it’s 2 days without the tobacco.
I went to Flawlesss this morning for another bottle of stronger juice, and they gave me a complementary bottle for quitting the tobacco. Very nice!
Never been to another vape shop, and I never will. Thank you, Flawless!

Called flawless the day before to pick up a Stainless steel Kennedy 24 they didn’t have it in stock. So Nick said he will order one and call me when the kennedy will arrive. Nick gave me a call with in the hour and said it was ready for pick up in the morning.
I went to the shop the next day and ended up picking up the kennedy24 and tugboatv2 mod.
All I can say is Nick’s customer service is on point. This location will be my go to from now on. I will also recommend this place to my friends.
