This company is the absolute best. I had a ridiculous estimate from another company and I called this company– found them highly rated on the City of Burbank’s user page. Victor and Tom bid $ 7 THOUSAND dollars lower than the other company AND said that half of the job didn’t even have to be done. Call them– you won’t regret it!

Unprofessional and unreliable are two words I can describe this company. When they are trying to get your business they sound very nice but when they come and do the crappy job that they did for us and after they leave they become MIA, nowhere to be found. They installed a faucet in out bathroom that started to give us problem after a few days, in less than a month the whole handle started to turn from the base. Called Victor, instead of taking the responsibility he started blaming the faucet and we decided for me to go and get a brand new one so he can come back and replace it. After buying the new one called him to schedule, he said he does not have his schedule with him and that he will go home and after checking he will call me. I waited about a week called him back, and this is what he told me and repeated three times during our conversation; «you understand that I’m trying to do you a favor, right?» !!! Favor? After paying him and his work failing in less than a month!!! I didn’t argue with him, all I wanted for him to come back and fix it. He said he will call back, never did. I asked my husband to call him, he did and left a message one more time but he totally ignored his message. Its been four and a half months since he installed the faucet and I’m still waiting for his call. All I know what goes around comes around. This is not the way to do business. They can’t be trusted.

Commercial A Plus is awesome! Really good experience with Victor, always polite, alway available when you need him! Victor did new plumbing thru our house and made sure we were satisfied with the work he did. If we ever need plumbing service again I will call Commercial A Plus. I recommend him to everyone!

Had a sewer problem. Had toilet paper coming out of a cap in the front yard.
Called out a plumbing company. He was here for ten minutes. He had to call his supervisor. Waited 50 minutes for the supervisor to arrive. He ran a camera and then told me It was going to be $ 7000.00.
Did not trust them. Paid them $ 98.00 dollar service fee. Called around and I got Victors number.
Victor, very polite and explained to me I had a sewer mainline problem. He ran the snake for about 30 minutes and the water went down. He ran a camera at no charge. I had roots in the pipe, he said the snake gets it open. But he recommended water hydro jetting and I said ok. Showed me the before and after, I do have problems in the main. He said he would come back in 1 year and run the camera at no charge.
I paid Victor $ 465.00 to water hydro jet the roots and he gave me a one year warranty.
I would recommend Victor to all my friends. Thanks again.
