This place sucks we ordered chips and salsa and halfway through the salsa I find this nasty thick ass brown piece of something??? We literally couldn’t tell what it was but when management came out he said they must have mixed a piece of chicken with the salsa. Wtf?!! Do they not train their staff? I wonder how this place is still in business after the horrible reviews they keep getting! Never will I set foot here again and if you take the time to read the reviews beware!

Food is so-so and the service slow. Maybe the appeal are the happy hour specials??? Won’t be coming back…

I keep giving this place a chance, but the quality of service continues to decline and not meet expectations. The restaurant doesn’t seem too busy, yet our food takes forever to arrive. Salad came out with the wings instead of before so my wings got cold. Please help coach your staff so that they can excel in their positions!

My first time here. Excited about supporting a Whittier establishment. Right away, when walking to our booth noticed dirty floors around empty tables and in the walkway. Host walked right over the mess. Ordered a blueberry lemonade, which was really good. It was served in a small glass for 3.99 and when asking for a refill was told there were none. Seriously! Margarita was weak and had more ice than anything else in it. Wings were covered in sauce, but without it the meat was tasteless. Had to ask for extra napkins as we were only given 1 napkin each. We’re eating wings here folks! One napkin won’t cut it! Also, ordered a burger which was good but seemed small in size. There were just a few fries served with it. For the price, you couldn’t put a few more? Manager came over after we were all done. He said, «How’s it going? Awesome.» Then left. Went to the table next to us and said the same exact thing. Why bother! Overall, I would not go back. VERY, VERY over priced for the quality and amount of food served! They told us Super Bowl Sunday was dead, now I know why!

I stopped coming in because the service was mediocre so I started ordering to-go and last night the wings were terrible. Really tiny silver dollar sized wings with little to no sauce. Won’t be spending my money here again

This place honestly sucks. I’ve been here twice both for happy hour. I got two vodka tonics which was mostly the tonic water and no vodka. I mean it was super cheap but damn I was trying to turn up. The food took over an hour to come. The waitress was rude, like girl I am a waitress too it not hard to come to the table and say sorry for the wait for the food or even check up on the table. She was literally only focusing on the male tables. She just wanted a bigger tip so she flirt and laugh with guys. Super thirsty.

The 3 stars is for their great happy hour. They have Jack Daniels, Absolute and I believe Crown Royal well drinks for $ 3! cant beat that with a 10 ft pole! I ordered the street tacos off their happy hour menu. They are ok. Kind of high in the calorie count but I shared them so I was happy with that. The street tacos needs some hot sauce so I asked the waitress«bring me the hottest hot sauce you have». She brought a cup of one called«blazin». Now I have a very high tolerance for hot sauces. I can eat pretty much anyone one with no problem. I almost met my match with this«blazin». That sauce was dang spicy, and I’ve eaten some very hot sauces with no problem. Be careful with this one.

Cool atmosphere but the food is «ok» and the service is horrible. Came here for my birthday and the waiter spilled a cup of ranch on my pants! Also had to wait an extra 15 min just to get extra sauce for my wings since they didn’t put enough in my wings

Good food, a little to many TVS for my taste but my husband loves it. It’s a great place to go if you have a craving for American ambience.

Okay, I’m gonna start this off on a good note! The Happy Hour deals are always a no brainer! 3 $ for a domestic Tall 22 ounce is pretty clutch. Food is OKAY depending on how the cooks are feeling that day. This locations very convenient for me as I live 5 minutes at most away. I used to work at a BWW and I know how tiring it is going back and forth for simple requests such as ranch cause trust me people, You aren’t the only table asking for ranch, so I’m pretty understanding of how sometimes you’re not the happiest when dealing with needy customers. However, went a few weeks ago with a couple girlfriends and our service was just plain terrible. 30 minutes to get greeted(All of us are servers so we were being patient) after being hit with the«Have you ladies been helped? No? Oh your server must be on break. What can i get for you?» it only took 15 minutes to finally get our drinks after that. When you do the math… that’s 45 minutes before we got our first drink. When my drink was running low, I expected to be asked if I wanted another but nope. Had to wait anther 20 minutes for our server to come around to ask if we needed anything and by then ALL our drinks were empty. We decided to ask for the check and that took another 25 minutes. Left cash on the table and left. So disappointing and come to find out he’s been a server for a while now! Would’ve cut him some slack if he was new at least.

The restaurant was extremely cold! First off, when I walked in the guy hostess tries to get me and my husband bar seating. «You can sit on the high tops or the bar.» Ok? When did I say I wanted to sit at the bar or anywhere close to the bars? I told him no thank you… booth seating. The booth where we were given was EXTREMELY cold! It was freezing! I had on a sweater and my husband had on a pretty warm jacket but we were both freezing! The food selection was ok but seemed overpriced. I’d rather go to wings stop! Actually… I’d rather go to Applebee’s!

This is the last time I go to a Buffalo Wild Wings. I have eaten at gas stations with better service, food, and atmosphere. From the second we sat down, we knew it was going to be a crappy experience; it was freezing cold! I’m pretty sure I got hypothermia– I’m typing this with numb fingers. Seriously, how hard is it to keep your establishment at a reasonable temperature?! That wasn’t even close to the worst part, either. Things got worse when the only waitress with both drive to be there and any brain cells went on break, referring us to both a different waitress(who showed up all of twice and didn’t say a word) and the house alcohol consultant. The other waitress didn’t even show up to take the order we were ready to place, and the«beer connoisseur» had no clue what was going on-he didn’t know his stuff at all, offering up FOUR seperate drinks that were unavailable! First off, how does a BWW(of all places) not have any decent beer… second, how does the staff member whose specific job is to recommend beers not even know which ones aren’t in stock FOURTIMES?! Then, the fries came(by some miracle) and they were almost(ALMOST!!) saltier than the second waitress… and I’m not kidding. She had a serious attitude problem and obviously hated her job. I can go on, and on, and ON, about everything else that went terribly wrong– but I think the point has been made. Avoid this«restaurant», because everyone employed in it is heavily incompetent.

One star is to generous! I would hate to be here when it’s super busy! Thank goodness I will never find out! This was a huge disappointment: 1. Got only one menu for four people! 2. Got charged for items we didn’t recieve! 3. Never received my daughters drink! 4. No napkins!!! 5. Waitress was busy talking away with other workers instead of checking on us! 6. Had to keep flagging her down to ask for our missing items we DID order! 7. The place was almost empty and it still took forever for the girl to just approach us to take our order! 8. Ordered to go… and the server forgot our food! She was really a spazzzz! Never will I be back to this location! The service was horrible! Sometimes if the food is good, I’ll make an exception but the food sucks! I wont say who the young lady was… I’m sure she knows she is bad at her job! They all were into their own world! Well all except the busboy! He actually got us the napkins!

Once again this place tends to disappoint me! This server was horrible so we decided to change tables! I came in after my party was already sat, and got the table right on the walk way on will make it work! Well smarty comes and says«oh this isn’t going to work» like we made the seating arrangement, so he looks at me and I reply to him! «Yea not my pick, do think I’m looking forward to getting bumped into or elbowed» he looked at me post for my reply and after he walked away managed to get a new seat with a new server! Smart guy wasn’t even wearing his name tag! But who need a name I warn who ever gets him switch seats while you can! RUDERUDERUDE!!! He looks like a over weight penguin Sorry for the name calling but this guy was horrible! I can say more but I’ll just let the experience for the next person! We were picked up by Nadia who was wonderful! Quick and polite!

If I didn’t like the food so much, I would not come here. Today has been the worst experience. I get my wings and only half have the sauce I selected and the other half are dry. If I wanted dry wings, I would have asked for that. And then they also forget to bring me the dipping sauces in the side, and it takes them 15 minutes to come and check in, and guess what… Still no dipping sauces smh…

Took an hour to get our food! Take out takes way too long. Ordered online and it told to come in 25 mins. Ended up waiting another 30 mins at the take out counter. Love the wings but food takes soooo long. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

The 2 bartenders here(around 6 pm on tuesday 10/27/2015) seemed to have no clue about how their money gets made. I sat as the two friends I was meeting were being served their first round. I smiled and tried to make eye contact and get an order placed… no luck. The bartender awkwardly made every effort to not greet me. Im a longtime bartender and I know how much a bartender hates being shouted at… but after the initial greeting let down I timed them and observed how busy they were and determine why it was impossible to get service. My stopwatch got up to seven minutes when something erupted from inside of me and I barked at the two service people that were standing right in front of me with their backs turned. «My man!, i’ll take a tall bud light! and two waters» he dragged his ass and very slowly got that simple order filled… no menu was offered and other than carding me this service person appeared to be mute. I really wanted to eat a bunch of wings but these bartenders made me seriously annoyed. I left and, for the first time in my life, I stiffed my service. I really hope management realizes they got a problem behind the bar. I like BWW and would like to go there on my frequent trips to whittier

I was working in the city and was craving hot wings and decided to stop in for lunch. I was really impressed with how clean the restaurant was. I was greeted upon as I walked in and right asked if I needed anything. For lunch I had a chicken wrap and Asian zing wings The wrap was delicious and tasty with a side of hot sauce. The Asian Zing wings were on-point!!! Perfectly traditional Style wings. I was even visited by the manager and asked if everything was okay. I believe her name was Kat. Great job! Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings I’ll be visiting again soon.

I was so excited to find out a B-Dubs had opened within walking distance from my house! I had always loved them back east, and couldnt wait to walk over to watch UFC and have some brews and wings… DENIED! Apparently this location is the only one in the nation(there was a PDF available online for a while proving this to be true) that does NOT show UFC fights. Why? The staff I asked said that the manager doesnt like people sitting around watching sports. WHAT? Isnt that the POINT of B-dubs? Does that make the first bit of sense? That’s like someone who opens a Pizza Hut franchise, but refuses to serve pizza because they don’t like the smell of it. It’s the whole point! If you dont want people watching sports, DONTOPEN A SPORTSBAR! Back when I used to go to BWW’s in Ohio and Michigan, the places were always packed. The bar area was standing room only, with people ordering food and drinks all night. Not sure what the manager of Whittier’s location is basing their opinion on, but then again, not much about B-Dubs Whittier can be called a «success» The food isnt good enough to warrant going there just to eat. As with almost every other place in L.A., the wings were overcooked and dry; I tried them twice just to be sure. I have no idea why it’s so hard to find good pizza and wings in L.A., but I’ve practically given up. I dare you to order some wings from B-dubs in Whittier, take them home and compare them to a bag of frozen wings from the grocery store. You’ll never go to B-dubs in Whittier again. Unlike others, I actually had some pretty decent service both times I went. I cant complain about that. One waitress actually told me I should go to the Brea location instead as they showed UFC and the food was better.(! —? — LOL) I am so very sad to have to write this review. I was so excited, now it’s just one more of life’s little defeats. Thank God I have easy access to phở and sushi… I might try them again during football season, but we better not get the stink-eye because we want to sit and watch a full game. Sorry B-dubs Whittier… you failed.
