Barber Kings

This was my son’s second time at this place. The first time he had a great experience he even let the barber do his own thing and it was actually a success great hair cut. I took him back since he was super happy from the first visit this time was a disappointment their customer service skills lacked. He waited two hours they hardly acknowledge him when he did speak up that he had been waiting for awhile they explained that one more meaning customer. He couldn’t understand why people where leaving that where before him. It looked like they must of been friends or old cutomers. I call that bad customer service. His money was green, not going back hopefully they can better manage on how to accommodate customers not by friend ship or old customers but who was their first waiting.

All the guys were giving really good haircuts. Very friendly. Music was bumping. We were offered water bottles while we waited I thought was very nice not all places do that. Place is very clean smells great soon as you walk in. The hubby will definitely be back again,
