Set up a time and he showed up exactly at that time. Took 20 minutes to do (cut key and program remote) and half the price the dealer wanted. Thanks for your service and a great guy too.

Alan is very dependable and professional. I had a misfortune happen with my car key and needed immediate assistance. I recommend Alan to everyone I know! The ignition on my Honda Pilot would not work. The dealer was closed on the weekend and they said I had to have my car towed to them in order to fix it and would cost between $ 500 to $ 800! I called Alan Auto Lock today (Sunday). He quoted only $ 200 to fix it when other mobile locksmiths were quoting over $ 350! He came to my home within the hour time slot promised and was done in less than an hour. He also only charged the $ 200 he quoted! He was very friendly and trustworthy! Thank you Alan!
