This company is a rip off. Wes the financial manager got me approved for a car load. The company that approved my loan took my money then this company sold the car out from under me. Maurine that owns the company gets you to sign a better business review before you even walk out the door. I had to retract it and put in a complaint. They are very sleazy company so don’t waste your time. Stay far far far away…

Stay away waited four days the jeep to come back from having it certified, finally came and it needed front tires
The price on line next to the picture of the jeep showed $ 17 588 when I got there they said it was $ 18 588.

I have been shopping used cars recently and saw one that was interesting to me when I was passing by Martin’s. I stopped in the salesman was pleasant and helpful, showing us the car we were interested in. He sat down with us and went over the price of the car (about $ 13 900) as well as a quote for the trade-​in value of our current car ($ 500, although possibly more when they saw the car). He showed us the CarFax which said the car could be worth about $ 15 000, so were getting a great deal. At this time, we told him what we could afford monthly and he felt that they could get the deal done for what we could afford. He wrote down in writing the prices to which we had both agreed (the salesperson and myself).
We came back with the car to be traded-​in and sit down and go through the purchase and sale agreement, car loan paperwork, etc. We get there and suddenly the finance manager tells us that the best they could do on the loan was the MA maximum interest rate (20.99% APR), had decreased the trade-​in value of the car to $ 100 and increased the price of the «new» car by about $ 6000 (over $ 19,000)! I know what our credit scores are and know that just a month prior, had qualified for a car loan of about 6%, so it was outrageous to tell us that suddenly our credit isn’t good enough to be lower than 20.99%! We were upset by the changes and the owner, Maureen, came in to talk with us. She started making all sorts of excuses for why the cost of the car was increased by $ 6000, why the value of our trade-​in was magically $ 400 lower and the car loan rate was so much higher. When we got fed up and were walking out, she said, «Wait, I don’t want you to leave with a bitter taste in your mouth» and She pulled out our original paperwork. She offered to give us the original figures we were quoted at that point. She also offered us a different vehicle with an interest rate of 8%, without even contacting a lender. How could she magically give us an 8% rate on this one, yet we couldn’t qualify for anything less than 20.99% just moments earlier???
Needless to say, this place clearly is disreputable. They are trying to use the bait-​and-​switch on customers. It was only when she was called out on this deplorable tactic that suddenly she was willing to give us the original figures we were quoted. At this point, it was too late, as all trust had evaporated. If you try to swindle us with these details, how can I possibly trust that the information about the car itself is honest and accurate?
I would never do business with his dealer again and strongly discourage anyone else from being duped by these people.

Google reviews are forced while owner looks over your shoulder. Also, I bet the person that clicked ‘funny’ was actually The owner because she’s laughing at everyone she’s scammed.

I could write a book about how bad this place was. Just take the advice. RUN AWAY. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
