I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a nice used car! I walked onto this lot after having a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was very skeptical at first but that changed very quickly. The staff was very professional, honest and friendly. Plus everything on there lot had very reasonable prices. They let me test drive a few cars until I found the one I loved! They never seemed to get impatient with me nor did they try to rush me at all, which was such a relief! They made buying a car easy and exciting! Thanks Eugene :) Love my BMW

I would have used zero stars if allowed!
This dealer had an online add for a VW Passat that I was interested in. Yesterday I emailed and verified its availability. I wa told it was still «here»
Today I drove 1 hour 45 minutes each way to see the car. When I got there, I was told «we sold that awhile ago… have plenty of vw passat and jetta to see»
3.5 hours of driving to see a car they don’t have!!! I wanted to see that particular passat because of the engine it offered not the smaller engines in the one’s they have on the lot.
BAIT AND SWITCH MUCH?

Do not buy anything from this place. Run the other way while you can.
I bought a car from them last year. I asked for a car fax a few times that they never produced. The car had low miles and looked nice so I didn’t insist.
Big mistake on my part. I went to trade the car in recently and the dealer ran a Car fax and discovered that my car had been involved in an accident and sustained structural damage.(Too late, but now I know why there was no Car Fax) The dealer could now only offer my half of the value for a trade. These people cost me a few thousand dollars and I hope I can prevent someone else from getting scammed. Please make sure the car dealer you go to is a reputable business and above all, GET THE CARFAX.
