Superior Roofing

I have used Superior Roofing Inc. on two occasions in the past seven (7) years. The first tie was for a roofing job. They came out and quoted the job promptly. It was a duplex so it took a little time for the neighbor to approve the roof and color. Once approved the roof was installed in the in one day. I went to work and came home and they had already finished, cleaned up and left the property. The price was reasonable and they even did the shingles on a bow window for a minimal extra change. Great quality product and great service.
I hired them again last year for window replacement and gutter installations. The gutters were installed timely, and the work was very polite and professional. He also made sure an extra downspout was added and that the gutters were angled to properly drain (both of which were the problems before). We had had no problems with drainage since.
The window replacement took longer as the supplier took their time producing them. It was very annoying and Mike Burbank, who I was dealing with, could not seem to get a straight answer from his vendor. Once the windows were available a time for installation was done shortly thereafter. The windows work well, and look beautiful.

I am combining two service appointments.
They did our roof a few years ago. There were no delays. They came on time, did it in a single day, and did our bay windows for practically nothing. The price was fantastic. They cleaned everything up ok.
For the Roof, i’ll give them 4 Stars

Very Good at:
Window Selection — we love the windows
Subcontractor Selection — we loved the contractor
Below Average:
Customer Service — 2 attempts at contact were ignored. We expressed to the estimator that we really wanted the windows installed in 3 weeks, and it took the estimator 2 weeks to get us a final quote and a contract.
Timeliness — 8am appointments were never met by Superior Roofing (the sub however did show up early!!!)
I penalized them because of the customer service issues.
For the Windows, 2 Stars.
Average them together, and we 3 stars.
