Had them as a management team for my apt rental for 5 years. Always pleasant to deal with if you needed repairs done and the guys came fast to do it. I was very pleased with this company and hope to rent another property they manage in the future. If that house wasn’t sold Id still be there

My experience with this company is as follows. My brother in law and neighbor, both have used them for finding tenants, and they constantly place horrible people. They simply do not care who they place. Also, when I was hit by one of there maintenance guys, he lied to the police and the. the manager showed up and arrogantly back up his employee regardless that I had an eye witness, which is a bus driver from town. I would never want to do business with this company.
