STS Tire has been taken over by a new company and they have eliminated their STS Silver Club which offers a 5% discount to senior citizens. As always when a company is taken over things go down hill for customers, especially seniors. The new company just wants to make money. Over the past few years I’ve had several brake jobs by STS and today I was charged for a new service, $ 79 for a brake system flush. I watched as they worked on my car and they never drained, filled and bled my brake system. Now they’re charging for services they don’t do. Stay away. Go to Mr. Tire, Firestone or Sears.

The place was very friendly, especially the guy working behind the register. However I feel they are a bit unorganized. When I asked when an oil for Diesel engine would be in stock, they did not know. Also, not that I mind, but the way a guy behaved that was a mechanic may turn people off. Complaining about how he didn’t wanna push a car in and so on. May turn people off don’t think it’s the best image to give. I think their time management skills could be improved as well as the whole flow of information from the desk to customers.

Huge fan here! I would ask for a tshirt and wear it everyday if they have, very friendly environment and best part and very important, it doesn’t feel like they want to get your money. They answer all your questions without any issues or attitude (had previous issues with that at many mechanic shops). I live in jackson and I don’t mind the 30 minutes drive just because of their customer service, location is amazing as well, next to a dunkin donuts, wawa, wendys, I mean come on!!! This place is the way to get your case taking care of. Great job guys!

Officially a huge fan of this amazing STS. Had tire major issues in the Wawa across the street — and thought I’d have to call a two truck and be stuck there all night. The team there very kindly came across the street, diagnosed the issue, used a jack to take off my wheel and take it back to the shop to fix — and put it back on my car. All of this after closing time. Again, an amazing place — they were honest, kind, and incredibly helpful to someone in need.
