Starbucks

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend order an iced coffee. Fairly simply drink right? I mean most of us can handle making it at home, blindfolded.
Three girls were working. It looks like one was making the drinks, another was looking in a cabinet for 10 minutes with a clipboard and the third one. Well, she apparently thought it was social hour as we stand waiting with 5 other customers. This girl has her phone out is on facebook talking about her «crush» not only is she not doing anything but she is talking to the other girls who stop what they are doing and looking at the phone, only making us wait more.
Finally, my friend ask for a refund, and they seemed oh so puzzled and said we are making your drink now. My response yeah after you were your phone you decided to make it. You can either comp the drink or give her a refund.
Bottom line we all have cell phones, but don’t be so obvious about it and just make the drink then get on facebook when your work is done.

One of my Favorite Starbucks around. Wait time for a drink is not long even when the line is long. Very nice and friendly employees that work there.

If you want discounts go to Costco.

This Starbucks has a few issues that make the experience lack compared to other Starbucks locations. Because it is in a mall the price is higher then most of your stand alone locations. This is not justified with the lack of wi fi and being an open air location. The giant kiosk is located underneath the escalators in the center of the mall. This location sees the most traffic which makes waiting in line a real pain in the butt.
The sitting area is behind the kiosk which allows you to see people sneeze into ther hand, start to go back to work. Look back to see if you’re watching then Purel before they continue making someones drink.
The worst issue of all is that there is no mall discount! I work in the mall I want my discount. This is why this location has only gotten my money twice. The Barnes and Noble Café that serves the same stuff gets my money because they have a mall discount.
