Great Clips

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I have had great experiences at other Great Clips, but was VERY disappointed today. The place was filthy and the customer service was nonexistent. The girl who cut my hair did not ask me any questions about how I wanted my hair cut. She barely sprayed it and just started cutting away. Her tools did not seem to be in any cleaning solution and her stationed looked as if it was wiped down bi-​annually (that is generous). There were a few moments where I considered telling her to stop, but for some reason I sat through it.
I usually wait until I am weeks overdo for a haircut and love that you can just walk into a Great Clips, but I will NEVER go back to this location.

Absolutely love this salon! The manager is so nice. Every stylist I’ve talked to there is friendly and very talented. The prices for the services and products are very reasonable. They have their own line of hair products, which are low priced but work great! I would recommend this place if you’re looking for that quick, perfect haircut. I’m usually in and out in less than 15 minutes. You don’t even need an appointment… just walk in.

By far the best haircut experience I have had in a long time. So much better than other «barbers» in that area. Friendly, very professional and it is easy to see why they have repeat customers.
