The staff here is amazing! Whether I call in or stop by to place a printing order for my agency, they are always on top of it. They are super friendly, helpful, and always make sure I’m getting exactly what I need, even when what I initially requested doesn’t make sense. They provide all the options and always make sure I walk out a happy customer! I’d never go to another FedEx for our printing needs! The manager Dave is great!

I do quite a bit of printing, and I think I’ve used every major Fedex Office in the Columbus metro. This is definitely one of my faves!
This location is never crazy busy, which means they can handle all the last-​minute projects that I forget to schedule in advance. The people who work here are super friendly, and they always do a fantastic job with my orders. If they can’t make it in-​house, they’ll outsource it to a nearby store… but they always meet my deadlines!
The cost is kinda high, but it’s worth it to me to have friendly folks who remember me and who don’t freak out over same-​day requests.
