First couple of times I went the wings were good but past that the consistency changed significantly. Now they have tons of fat on each wing its rubbery and gross. Overpriced as well. I do like the range of selections/sauces.

We went in at 1:45pm today(Wednesday) and at the time there was only one other table occupied. My wife noted that it seemed like the employees were just«hanging out.» The waitress was nice but it definitely felt like she had something else that she wanted to be doing at that particular time. On the backside it felt like we were intruding on something. Now before I continue, many of the issues revolve around temperature. We ordered Mac and cheese for my daughter to come out early as well as the Chili Queso dip as an appetizer. The dip was pretty good, I would eat it again if I made it at home, but it was very simply a very small cup of WARM Queso dip with a dollop of chili in it surrounded by tortilla chips. Nothing special. The Mac and cheese was ok but it came with cold French fries. Admittedly my 18mth old enjoyed the food, but we generally like to give her food at higher than room temperature. I asked if they had a combo with boneless wings and fries(before I saw the fries) and was informed that as of 2pm they were no longer serving lunch, mind you it was now roughly 2:02pm, and that the boneless wing/French fry combo was no longer available. I ordered their new burger that had boneless wings on it with fries instead. The wings(2) on the burger weren’t bad, they were cold, but had good flavor. The actual burger however, was flat out gross! It reminded me of the burger patties you get in elementary school, just a little thicker, and a little colder. The fries were just as bad as the batch they gave my daughter. My wife ordered the Buffalo Mac and Cheese which she enjoyed, it came with two pieces of garlic bread that I liked. Her meal was actually hot! No complaints here! By the time we were finished with the meal, there were two more tables that had been seated. I wish I could blame the low quality on them being busy but the staff outnumbered the individual diners, just the ones I saw standing together up front, 2 – 1. With our drinks(Pepsi and Dr. Pepper) the bill came to $ 42(before tip) and I can honestly say I’ve had FAR better meals for half that. We will not be returning.

Frozen food for my 3 yr old daughter… waiter says… Is that the only issue? Sure buddy. That’s it, that and the order you messed up, the cold food, the fact that I had to ask you to take our order, oh and thanks for all the effort! My wife won’t let me give you my 2 cents, so here is 3 A hole.

Had a big old burger with boneless wings on top of it. Very good. Both husband and I enjoyed it. Nothing outstanding but very good. Service a little slow but Resturant was real busy. Would try again.

I go to this location about once a month. Service has been slow and each month it appears to be less crowded. Food is good(chicken buffalitos) but the prices(compared to the competition) is a little high. For example, $ 4.50 for 23-ounce Coors light beer special of the month? Up the street(keystone) it is $ 1.50 for 16-ounces. Other competition(PJ’s) is $ 2.50 to $ 3. This past Sunday only 20 people in the entire place at 7:00pm with good football games on. Need more specials !! I was in B-dubs in South Carolina, $ 10.99 for 20 wings and pitch of beer. They need to market this place better mans improve the service speed!

Typical BWW. Good food and decent beer selection. Had the UFC fight on and a great crowd to see it. I don’t get why they let kids in after 8 on those nights. Staff was very friendly and attentive. If your in the mood for wings and sports and have been to one in your town, you’ve been to every BWW. Good part is it’s so much better than an Applebee’s or TGIF.

Hands down worst wings ive ever had. I ordered wings with the medium sauce and parmesan garlic sauce on the side. My wings came out and hardly had any sauce on them! So i sent them back to be re-sauced only to get them back with hardly any sauce again. They were slimy but in a greasy way and not in a saucy way. So i asked for sides of sauce on the side. the sauce is thick and wasnt even spicy; it tasted like it came out of a bottle. WAIT it gets worse… my wings also werent even hot when they came out(temperature wise). And also, being that the skin is slimy and the wings arent crispy at all, i wouldnt be suprised if they just keep them in some sort of warmer or steam table to be able to put several of them out without taking up tons of fryers and time. ANDJUSTWHEN I THOUGHTITCOULDNTGETWORSE; i spent a long time in the bathroom afterwards!(Omg i died). So overall: wings suck and clearly arent kept at proper temp prior to serving. Yuck. Needless to say i wont ever step foot in a «b-dubs» again. On the plus side; my waitress was super sweet!

This place should have great wings, right? Well they might actually be some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. They’re tiny, dry, and the blue cheese is not good. Dirty, smelly environment and slow service. What a shame.

Over rated and over priced. Small wings and just ok sauces. Go to Pj Whelihans or Molly’s in Bethlehem for good wings

As a hard core reviewer I would say first off some of the reviews make valid points. But a few am seem wired. I have been going here a while. I have never had to wait on my seat and the food is usually very well done. I too have had problems with not having thing but docking points for that would not be right as some people have as it does happen in many restaurants. When writing a review natural things happening for example running out of mayo can be a strike against the place as no restaurant is perfect I want to give it 4⁄5 but gave it 5⁄5 for the loss of points due to unfair judgement. The service is great, staff is friendly, and my only issue is the time it takes is long though u have 20 tvs to keep you entertained. Highly recommended.

The black bean burger was well seasoned and delicious. The onion rings were juicy and hearty. The only critique are the sauces(Blazin’, Thai Curry, Mango Habanero), which were all vinegary but palatable. Service was quick despite being busy, and our server was very accommodating. I will definitely be a regular.

Good is straight bar food. I just wish they had mashed potatoes. The burgers are ok. They tend to over cook them

Good service. Waitress actually was able to describe the craft beers. Excellent burger. Desert Heat wings… yum yum.

This was my first visit in a few years, and now I remember why that was the case. The ambience was fine except for the overall darkness of the restaurant. If they were going for industrial warehouse, then they hit the mark. Our server was fun and engaging, and even provided samples of different sauces. Unfortunately the food was not engaging! The breading was extra hard on some chicken, and while the sauces themselves were good, the chicken was fatty and low quality. No need to visit again, no matter how good the service was!

We stopped in on a whim as my family was hungry and we happened to be near by. My husband wanted a burger and my son was in the mood for chicken wings… This was the perfect solution! Good options for the kids at a great price, tasty burger for the husband and I went with a Po’ boy chicken sandwich. Was it THE best food ever? No, but it was good. The atmosphere was fun, the kids were entertained and the waitress was very friendly. I would definitely return with the kids next time we want burgers or wings!

I was there quite some time ago. Mediocre service and the food I feel could be better for what you pay. Not on the top of any list of places that I need to eat.

Went there tonight around 9 o’clock. It was pretty busy, made me a little nervous. Had a 5 minute wait, that was ok. But the service was surprisingly wonderful. She came to check on us frequently. Refilled, our party of 4, our drinks quite often. Always made sure we had something to drink. Our orders of wings came out quickly and she got our next orders in right away so we didn’t have to wait. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

My first time to Buffalo Wild Wings… I was optimistic… we visited during the recent snow storm. Not a lot of people in the place(understandable due to the weather) but yet it took them 5 mins. To find a table to seat the 5 of us. I was interested in trying the Mediterranean Turkey Burger, only to find out after ordering they were out of them. So I went with my 2nd choice the black & blue burger. I also ordered the boneless wings as an appetizer in mild. We waited quite sometime for our food, and when it arrived it all came at one time(appetizers with our meal). My burger was good, boneless wings were tasty but too spicy for my liking(especially for mild). My friend asked for some mayo for his burger… waitress came back, they were out of mayo!!! How do you run out of mayo??? Really?!? Come on people!!! Overall it was ok, but I won’t go out of my way to return!

After 4 visits to this place, I’m ready to write a review. Honestly, part of the delay is due to the overall low rating this location seems to have for some reason. I thought maybe we were getting lucky, but all 4 visits have been fantastic. That being said, I should mention that all visits have been on Fridays between 4−6pm, usually staying for about 3 hours. Why do we stay that long? The awesome NTN Buzztime trivia game that you can play, competing against who you came with, other people in the restaurant, and other bars across the nation. Not too many places in the Lehigh Valley have this game anymore(Lou’s 50 Yard Line in Bethlehem is the only one that comes to mind) so the Trivia is what first brought us to try out this Buffalo Wild Wings on Grape Street in Whitehall. If you haven’t tried the NTN Buzztime, ask for a game box the next time you are there. Second thing I should mention is that we(myself, wife, and family) are huge on the importance of the«experience» in going out. By that I mean being made to feel most welcomed by a warm & pleasant staff. I can’t imagine anyone liking a sullen, indifferent server, but for us, it’s a make-or-break deal– doesn’t matter how good the food is if the service is done with a frown. So we hit the jackpot with our server, Sarah. Here’s a young lady who ALWAYS has a smile on her face, immediately recognized us on only our second visit(came over right away saying, «Hi guys!), and is attentive as one could hope for in keeping our beers refreshed and food on the table. Even the one time we weren’t in here section(she hadn’t started her shift when we arrived) she came over to visit with us every now and then. Did I mention how great Sarah is? All of this and she’s working with a bum shoulder and arm to wit. I think Sarah should give lessons to all of the grumpy, preoccupied, indifferent servers that are out there on how to be a pleasant, cheerful, happy server. With her it obviously is genuine and comes natural, but even for those that it’s an effort it absolutely will pay off come tip time. Lastly, the food. I love wings and consider myself a bit of a connoisseur. I would rank these right up there. They are always served fresh and hot(temperature) and there is a huge variety of sauces at your choosing. I prefer traditional, so I go between mild and medium sauces when we go. I usually like wings hot, but the medium have plenty of heat for me(too hot for my wife). I also like that you can get both carrots and celery with either the ranch or blue cheese, which are also served fresh(dressing and veggies) and crisp(veggies). The wings are so good that we haven’t had anything else as the main meal when we’ve gone. The wings are a bit pricy but worth it and an order of 10 fills me up(along with beer, of course). Only other orders were appetizers; chips & salsa(just ok) and buffalo chips(cut & fried potato slices with seasoning– pretty good). Beer specials are great and the beer is cold. We highly recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place is horrible!!! Whoever the cook is needs to be fired!!! There is a different manager every week so they don’t care that they are serving worse then McDonald’s food!!! The food is like frozen food you can get out of your grocery stores freezer. DONTDOIT!
