Auto World USA had a vehicle that I was looking for and has been near impossible for me to find. I paid for a 3^rd party technician to come and take a look at the vehicle on a Saturday since I was not able. Everything checked out, so I immediately told Bill that I was buying it and put a down payment on the car over the phone and said that I would pick it up next week since I live far away. I was told at that time that the car was mine. I got a call the following Monday saying that the car was sold later that day. They basically sold a car that was no longer theirs to sell since I had confirmed the purchase. The minute I bought it, the car should have been taken off the lot and made ready for me to pick it up. Their word was worthless, and now I am without a vehicle that I cant just go out and find another of because they just arent available on the market. Its just plain dishonesty.

We had the best experience at Auto World. It truly is a great place to buy a vehicle. My family had been looking specifically for an Infiniti QX56 in DC/​MD/​VA. We were unable to find one with our specific requirements. However, we stumbled upon the Auto World listing for the SUV with our specifications. I called mid-​morning on a Saturday asking if they still had the SUV I wanted. They did and we were so excite that we drove 5 hours to Pennsylvania to check it out. The people there were incredibly courteous and even though they were extremely busy with other customers, they took the time to answer our questions. They ended up staying well after closing hours to ensure we both were getting a fair deal. It has been three weeks since our purchase and we have not encountered any mechanical issues with our new addition. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend Auto World for anyone looking to buy a car or truck.
