Advanced & Comfort Dentistry

My first visit to this location. I read no reviews at all neither did I look into any aspect except the proximity to my residence.
I was certainly not disappointed. The check in process is paperless. Easy to follow instructions on an I pad. Although some question were annoying (checking a box for every allergy you don’t have), completion was easy.
The dental hygienist Brandy is the main reason for five star rating here. I established rapport within a minute. Very friendly, she explained every process efficiently. Amidst the conversations, we spoke briefly about how good the weather was, her commute my family. This is just to show how personable she was & not strictly businesses oriented.
When it come to X-​rays & cleaning. She equally did an awesome job. It was the first time I have ever had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist & the best cleaning.
I had a second visit the same day for my four year old son. I wished I could see Brandy but the appointment was pre scheduled for Brenda. As it turned out she was equally good. She made my son comfortable within a few minutes. She showed him each instrument & how it works, gave him a ride up & down the dental chair & put cartoons on TV. My son was all smiles! He left smiling with his toy present.
In both sessions, the dentist came in at the end for a brief period. Although there’s nothing negative about him, most time there was spent with hygienists who are the main reason for my long review.

I have been going to this dentist for two years now. I have always been treated with respect and kindness by everyone there. They make me feel comfortable in a situation that can be a little nerve wracking. The only problem I have had with them is that after getting work done on my teeth one time they sent me another bill on top of what I paid at the office. While they weren’t wrong in charging us it would have been better for me to know in advance.
