I was an FT customer several years ago and just recent re-​joined because of the group lessons, which I’m really enjoying. I attend sessions at the Mequon store and have been really impressed by the trainer’s knowledge and the way she structures the workouts. They never get boring — always something different and if you don’t really like one of them, you’re on to the next in a minute anyway. I’d give FT and the instructor an A+ for the pace and content of the workouts. Nice facility and inviting atmosphere.

I’ve been a regular client at Fitness Together since early 2012, and it’s the attentive, friendly staff that makes it all worth it to me. When I started, I was nursing a soccer injury and generally out of shape. Now, I’m back in shape and feeling healthier than I have been in years. I credit everyone on the FT team for helping me get to where I am today. No matter who I work out with in a session, there is continuity, and each workout is tailored to help me meet or even exceed my goals. I prefer spending my money here, as opposed to a large health club, for the personalized attention. They are my fitness family.
