Excellent place to workout. The trainers are serious, passionate, and really do take pride in their work. Great variation from day to day, always changing the way your body is challenged. Best workout I’ve had in years. Great results too. Whether you’re a boxing fan, or just looking to get active, FHG is no joke. Put in the work and you’ll be happy with the return.
Stop in and check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

This place is great. I signed up to work out and that’s exactly what they do. The staff and trainers are the best. They help you out and work one on one with you. I canceled my old gym membership and join Faith Hope and Boxing Gloves. I plan on coming at least 3 times a week.
