I have been a Verizon customer for nine years and I have never had such great customer service at a Verizon store. The employees who worked the day of the 6th July 2013 were eager to please. I had broken my phone and left in mere minutes with a brand new phone. They also told me discounts that I was entitled to. I saw both of them help senior citizens understand the technology. To a tech savvy person their questions were an easy fix, but both gentlemen help them understand everything all the way through. One of the gentlemen’s name is Leonard Ikowe (gave me a business card), the other I did not get his name. Both definitely deserve and should recieve positive notice on their excellent customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. I will definitely come back and tell my friends.
