I’ve ordered lots of food from Uno as there’re not a lot of good choices in White plains and it’s located nearby to my husband’s office. Both my husband and I love the breadsticks rather than flatbread pizza. And I love seafood dishes there. It’s a little bit expensive for the seafood dish, but once you buy the gift card from groupon, it’ll be quite cheap. Thus my husband and I are too lazy/busy to cook and this restaurant becomes one of our daily dinner choice now.

We ordered delivery from here not too long ago and from that experience we will not eat here again. I ordered the fish & chips — firstly, it is definitely FROZEN and from a box because the fish was awful, mushy and oddly square shaped? There is no consistency here. Sometimes the food is average and other times it is just terrible. This was the last time we will eat here which is a shame because we live across the road.

Uno’s Pizzeria and Grill is one of my favorite hangout spots in White Plains. The food is good, the specials are on point and the staff is awesome. The bar scene is low key and the regulars know how to have a good time. I strongly recommend that you check them out. Thank you: Timmy, Jesus, Bert, Justin, Raul, Emily, Hernan, Lala, William and the rest of the team. You guys rock!

Food is always tasty. I really enjoy ordering from them, but they often get little things wrong. I waited for my delivery tonight for 30 minutes over delivery time because they said the driver gave it to the wrong people. When the food arrived, it was missing an add-on to the entrée. Since I placed the order through grubhub, they contacted Uno to try and get my refund, but Uno said they insisted on delivering it, and wouldn’t give me my refund. Well, the salad never came. Instead it was another phone call saying they’ll give me a free side salad next time. I feel like an idiot for agreeing to this, because this isn’t the first time they’ve said this to me. Pissed off at the restaurant, and pissed off at myself. Overall, just pretty pissed.

Although service can be a bit slow but its definitely worth the wait. Try the 12 dollar pick two menu and you will love it. Havent try much food there but so far their Tomato Pasta and Chicago style pizza are crazy good.

I work nearby and time is of the essence when I take my lunch break. Normally I order online and my pick orders are ready when I arrive at the location. Last week I walked in and ordered in person, I am pleased to say that I was in and out in timely manner even though I hadn’t ordered in advance. Thumbs up.

I have been here a few times with my mother whenever I come back to westchester from Florida or Chicago and I am not going to lie the consistency is not the same. I have had a different experience every time I had gone. I think that they have gone through various chef change and staff change over the 10 years plus

The waitstaff was the most attentive to our party of 9. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for better service! The manager even came over and performed magic tricks that left our children — and us adults– in awe!!! Park in the adjacent garage and ask for a coin when you leave for free parking! We will definitely return to this restaurant!

Revisiting Uno’s. Rundown was 2 white sangrias made perfectly with blueberries floaters. Margherita pizza to start that was decent, not the best, not the worst, I needed to add a bit of seasoning. I had the special 2 for $ 12 where you had a whole array of salads, pizza and pastas to choose from. I had the herb chicken spinach salad that was awesome! I also had the baked ziti and sausage that was sooooo good! A lot of food for the money! My partner had tomato basil soup and(of course) chicken Parmiginia that was a 8.5 rating on the John-O-meter! All and all a good meal and great service!

One of the better Uno Pizzeria locations that has an outdoor area with foot bridge over water and lights at night. Came here during a snow storm with the family to a nearly empty restaurant and we were warmly greeted by the owner and staff. The service was great and prices were very competitive. The 2 for $ 12 special is a great deal. Got a personal Deep Dish Chicago Classic with Beer Battered Shrimp. The personal pizza is plenty satisfying for one person. Some mini desserts and we’re off to brave the elements back home. Edited the review and upped it a star. The manager came by and asked our kids if they wanted to see magic trick. He magically spun a straw without touching. He has returned now and done a balancing trick with toothpicks and forks. The kids were impressed. Great service!

I’ve been to UNO’s a couple of times, but never tried their specialty … Their pizza ! So this time. I ordered the«Chicago deep dish«pizza, comes mozzarella Romano cheese, chunky tomato and sausage(with pepperoni). We ordered the large for two people. It was Delish !!! Definitely a different taste, very authentic and you could even taste the brick oven just fresh taste! Will definitely be coming back for the pizza ! Drinks: We got the drink specials: margarita & Jack Daniels Honey and ginger . First round of margarita was very good. Sweet but could feel it’s kick(prefer my drinks on the sour and sweet side) Jack was good too second round: not good, both drinks changed DRASTICALLY. The margarita was extremely strong, pure alcohol no taste. Jack the same except it taste was watered out . Pro: we told our waiter who was very nice and with no hesitation went to fix the drinks. They were better but the same so we only drank half it want good anymore . DONTFORGETTHETOKENIFPARKING, it was freezing last night and we had no idea about the token and had to return

This particular location of Uno’s is very inconsistent. Sometimes they mess up our orders, sometimes they don’t. If you order the same thing twice it usually won’t wind up being the same — way more or fewer vegetables, chicken, etc. That said, we order delivery from here often because it’s inexpensive and they have good gluten-free pizza. I usually order something other than their regular GF pizza, on a GF crust — I don’t have to worry about cross-contamination because I do not have Celiac disease. That’s a good thing because their plain GF cheese pizza is ehhh, their GF veggie pizza is usually just the cheese pizza with a few seemingly raw green peppers and onions, and I don’t eat pepperoni. My favorite so far is a GF pizza with roasted veggies(different from the regular veggies on their veggie pizza!) and chicken. They will usually offer some sort of compensation when they screw up your order(a credit for a free pizza, etc.), but then sometimes when you ask for whatever they said you had a credit for, they may give you a hard time. All in all, we are really glad this Uno’s is around and we like it a lot. The communication just isn’t great.

Good place for the family dinner. Burgers and steaks are good, pizza is also very good. Most staff members are nice, and the managers are fantastic. Good place to watch the big game, but it sometimes gets too loud. Ask to sit in the front. 8⁄29: had a grilled chicken salad that was light on the chicken. Make sure the dressings-which were unenjoyable-are on the side.

I had a little miscommunication when ordering. The manager more than made up for the mistake. It’s obvious that the manager goes the extra mile to please his customers, and to top it all off, the food is great!

We frequent the bar after work because it’s the closest to our building. We aren’t particularly fond of «chains» however, the bar staff is very friendly and down to Earth with us. The happy hour wing special is the best. For buffalo, the wings are the best in the city. We don’t bother with most the menu, we just go to drink and it gets the job at reasonable prices.

This is one of the places where you can expect different choices of food in the menu. The«two for U lunch» specials are really good. They have the 1 complementary meal on 6 meals offer. A good place to drop down for a quick bite.

Very nice venue for small or large groups/meetings/parties. There are a few seating dining options from the bar section in the front of the restaurant to the atrium area in the back. Pat, the owner was great about creating an individual menus for my holiday luncheon for a group of 17. I had no problem ordering special dietary items for a few in my group, including gluten-free which according to my friend was a very good pizza. The space worked well, the food was good and Pat was available and attentive throughout our 2 ½ hour luncheon. The delicious avocado dip is made fresh and is so very good! Everything tasted fresh. The low fat veggie soup and garden salad was good. I opted for the thin crust Mediterranean pizza — very yum and savory! As for the dessert, my brownie bowl w/vanilla ice cream tasted good but the brownie was hard — pretty odd to find a stale brownie. But, I tried a bite of the apple a la mode and that was very good. Prices are comparable to similar area restaurants. Take the time to sign up for e-mail offers. There are also seem to be a few not advertised ‘specials’ and offers available throughout the week. Like for example, «small plates», a lunch loyalty card and a discount day(on Wednesdays) for folks over 55. Parking is free in the Season’s building — just but be sure to pick up the complimentary coin needed on the way out! This location is a few blocks outside of the downtown White Plains area but well worth the trip!
