Having used Super Maids CT before for my mom’s house in Connecticut, I thought I would go ahead and give these guys a try. The team arrived on time with all the equipment needed to clean my place. 2 hours later and my house looked and smelled spectacular. Online booking was also super easy and convenient. It’s like über for house cleaning! Highly recommended.

Cleaners were unprofessional and did not spend time to clean my apartment. They did not show up with all cleaning supplies, and they did not follow the checklist from the super maids website. One of the cleaners complained loudly each time I pointed out stuff that was missed (e.g., failing to clean inside the microwave, wipe parts of the glass shower enclosure, wipe a whole section of the counter). Very disappointing because I’m trying to find a regular cleaning service.
