THESE CROOKS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
They tried to steal my security deposit under the guise of 119 Lincoln Ave LLC. Michelle and Nick Prisco scam innocent tenants by stealing their security deposit over irrational statements in their lease agreements! Beware of them asking for two months security from this slum lord! Unsafe conditions that lead to a fire in the laundry room! Mice in the apartments! Subpar insulation! Leaking pipes with black mold! The PRISCO’S ARE LIARS WITH NO ETHICS OR MORAL COMPASS!
The only way I got my money back was to TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!!
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, because karma is a b****, so watch out!

anyone that is thinking about buying anything from this place better think again. they do not stand by there products. i have a refridgerator that i purchased a few years ago. its still under warrant. well to make a long story short i have gone 3 months without a fridge. please dont buy anything from these scammers

My wonderful Bosch dishwasher finally died after 24 years… and Prisco gave me a very reasonable deal on a replacement. Best still, it was delivered and installed just when they promised by professional, courteous, intelligent guys who dealt well with my iffy under sink plumbing AND all the steps up my cliff without complaint. VERY pleased… and a particular tip of the hat to Travis and Conner. Thank you!
