Im so glad i found this place! I have a combination skin (dry and oily) and I develop lots of black and white heads which require a regular clean up. Had no problems booking an appointment and i reached promptly at my timeslot. The lady who assisted me with my facial was knowledgeable and professional. She was quite meticulous and from her technique i figured she would be a great masseuse as well. Will definitely be back for more services.
The only reason why i didnt give this place 5 stars is because they tried to up my package and cross sell other things DURING my facial — not relaxing or pleasant for the customer.

I went here today with my fiancé for the first time and it is amazing! It is the best massage I have ever had. I had some sore muscles from the gym and my lower back has been hurting but after their massage it feels amazing. I would highly highly recommend this place and the price is great. Most places are so expensive but this small shop I think is at a perfect price point. I will be stopping by again for sure

My Fiancé and I were on a mini vacation and decided to get a couple’s massage. It was amazing and my fiancé loved it. It felt too good that I fell asleep during the massage and drolled all over where you place your face. Haha.
The ladies were so polite and nice. I would definitely come back.

I love this place. The staff are all lovely and accommodating, the spa itself is clean and calming and the massages are top notch. I’ve tried everything from a quick chair massage to ease my neck and shoulders after a long day on the computer to a full hour hot stone massage, and I’ve left feeling wonderful every single time.
The spa is located in the Esplanade building in White Plains — it’s literally a hidden gem! Check their website for special discounts. I cannot recommend Natural therapeutic Spa highly enough!

Some places rub your back with oil, charge you $ 90 and call it a massage. :-/​But not this place! They actually work on the areas where I need it most most using different techniques like massage, stretching, etc. Their Thai style is my favorite! I can’t go back to regular massage anymore. This is my go-​to place. I wish it was a tad bit cheaper or it’d be cool if they had the loyalty card where you can get a free service after 10 visits or something. so that I can go more often

I moved to White Plains about a year ago and my husband found this gem of a place. Every clinician I have seen is professional and highly skilled. The massages are great and compare with any top massage I had in the city before moving to Westchester. They also have great promotions. I had a massage today and it was 20% off. Can’t beat it!
