I love this store … Always get helped if they busy don’t mind to wait … I get called on my phone when they have new shoes in my size … I think this one my favorite store !!!

I went yesterday to buy my first LV bag. I live on Long Island and had read some iffy customer service reviews of the stores by me. I work in westchester and decided to go to the LV store here. I am so happy I did! The store was beautiful, and the SA Daisy was AMAZING! She made my shopping experience a delight! I will be coming back to this store in the future!

I am extremely turned off by this location and probably will never go back again. My boyfriend and I stopped in quickly to purchase a new bag and I knew exactly which one I wanted so I did not need to browse. One of the salespeople was very friendly upon our arrival and kept reassuring us that we would be taken care of «momentarily», however once her transaction was complete she disappeared into the back and left the two other occupied salespeople to fend for themselves, one of whom was assisting two women trying on shoes and one of whom was helping a woman who was looking at bag after bag, obviously not going to be making any purchases. We were left standing there waiting to be helped for 20 minutes without the offer of any water, etc. I could also hear faint laughing from the back room, as if some stock people were having a party. When a saleswoman finally assisted us, she was extremely snippy in general. I politely asked her if the store was busy that day, wanting to make small talk but also wanting to get to the bottom as to why we were not helped in a more timely fashion. She informed me that in fact it was a fairly slow day so there was always something for unoccupied salespeople to do in the back. I’m sure my mouth must have dropped to the floor; not only had we not been helped for 20 minutes which resulted in inadequate time to get my new bag engraved, but she also just admitted there were people in the back(the same people I suspected were goofing off before) who had not taken the initiative to help us. I almost stopped the transaction right then and there and went to another location in the city or to LV inside Bloomingdales, but we were running late for our dinner reservations and did not have time to venture elsewhere. Needless to say, I am being further inconvenienced by having to return to the locale today in order to get my new bag engraved due to the Louis Vuitton staff’s lack of discipline and initiative. I am so turned off by this store and know this is not typical of the brand’s historical quality and customer service reputation, given that every person in the various other Louis stores I’ve been in in the city has been nothing but helpful and polite — even within the frenzied 5th Ave store. To think the Westchester mall location believes it’s somehow above these rules is beyond my comprehension.

Christmas time(12÷9÷12) and my wife was looking for a new clutch — which then shifted to looking at a tote. Male sales associate rude about letting her even approach or touch the bag. Extremely odd. Have shopped at land mark Champs-Elysées store(amazing sales service and treatment) — shopped at the Hong Kong Landmark Atrium store(best retail sales experience at any store ever), the Soho store(very good), and the previous midtown NYC store(excellent follow-up and post sales help). As a result of the SA’s behavior, my extremely mellow wife surprised me and sought out and spoke with the manager on duty about the SA’s behavior — but given it was a Sunday — she just got the«b» team lukewarm and clearly insincere apology. Part of the intrinsic value of a «luxury goods» purchase is the purchase experience. The Westchester Mall experience was subpar. Lovely looking store and attractive people working there. Unattractive attitudes. Looking like Hermès under the tree this year. Buy LV, by all means — I’d just give this store a pass. Let their sales numbers reflect their interest in making sales.

The sales associate, Kristi, was amazing! She seemed genuinely interested that I be satisfied with my purchase and did not just try to sell me the most expensive brief case possible. I was truly impressed with the service.

Four stars for a tiny store? Yes, why? The answer is –Service– I recently lost a key to a lock to a limited edition purse and decided for the very first time to walk into my local Louis Vuitton store to see if I could purchase a new one. See, I’d always kind of avoided this place because of the size, but oh my God, I’m so sorry. This sales associate was so polite and helpful and ransacked an hour’s worth of keys down to closing time to find my key, and upon asking the price of this pain in the ass key, she wouldn’t charge me. So I went ahead and bought a few things instead. Now, if you don’t think that’s service, you don’t know what service is. xx
