If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was all together a terrible experience from start to finish.
First of all, I waited for over three hours in a crowded waiting room for a regular appointment.
When I finally saw Dr. Krohn, he wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. He then sent text messages on his cell phone during the consultation. He said he would make a follow-​up call with my primary care physician, but he never actually did. The entire appointment lasted under ten minutes. It was completely superficial.
I was mislead to believe that they took my insurance, but soon after received a bill in the mail for over $ 600. My insurance, it turns out, does not participate with Dr. Kohn, but they failed to tell me this when they collected my insurance information and «co-​pay».
I would avoid this office at all costs.
