The first review paragraph below was written in July 2015… I was holding back, because of my designer who was respectful, excellent in professionalism and sincere with my needs. However, after well past 1 year, I’m deeply disappointed at their project management and the attitude of the owner. Review written in July — – Everything went smoothly until installation. My counter top didn’t fit well so it added 2 weeks for the installation. Cabinet windows were wrong and several doors on the cabinets needed refinishes. They reordered the doors which was nice but took 3 months to receive doors and some of them were sent wrong. The cabinet windows were sent to me again after 3 months and again they were not the ones I ordered. My cabinets arrived in late March and its July now, I’m still chasing them, calling them everyday to see when my cabinet glasses are coming. This has been the most terrible customer service I ever had. I would not recommend KBS anyone. My review on overall experience — — They owner, Rob, claims he’s very involved in their operation, but I didn’t speak to him until early this year about remaining balance. With all the delays and the crack under the countertop resulting from removing the the misplaced countertop, I would expect their apology and attempt to mediate the situation. After exchanging legal letters from both sides, their people come into my place, tried to finish loose ends. However, my kitchen needed few more touch ups, and they never responded about my complaints until they realized that they needed to collect about $ 1700 balance on my account. I spent 40K in my kitchen. They left a permanent damage under the cabinets. They do have an impressive show room, and I should’ve listened to the bad reviews here, and took a notice on a minimal number of the reviews despite the impressive showroom. I hope you would take my review seriously and find a kitchen renovator somewhere else. VISITTHESHOWROOMTOGETSOMEIDEAS, BUTDON’T DOBUSINESSWITHTHEM. I had cabinets ordered and also used their contractors but they don’t respond to you when you need them. And the owner will not show up until you have a balance to pay. He’s probably busy replying on the bad Unilocal reviews. I’m more than willing to speak to anyone about my experience here, if you have any questions. Feel free to leave a message. It’s a shame that when you try to support a local small business but they turn around lying and don’t say I’m sorry when the customers are not satisfied.

In the middle of discussing my design project, i was told that my time was up and that the next appointment was waiting. I walked around the showroom for 5 minutes and then saw the rep by herself at the copy machine with no one at her desk and no other customers in the showroom. After 2 weeks of no contact i called and asked for a quote which came in so high, it was ridiculous. All the negative reviews here are correct. I do not know how this place stays in business. Go anywhere else with your business. I have 3 bathrooms to renovate and Kitchen and Bath Source is the most unprofessional.

They have a great team of people at KBS-from creative designers and project managers to professional installers… all willing to help and guide you through the process of remodeling. I strongly recommend you visit the showroom if you are considering remodeling your kitchen.

My husband and I had an appointment to meet with sales rep Marianna. She kept us waiting for 40 minutes past the scheduled time and was then incredibly cold, rude, and disrespectful to us once she met us. KBS shows a clear lack of judgment putting someone this unprofessional in a customer-facing role. If there was anything wrong with the cabinets on delivery or installation, I have no doubt she would be unhelpful. Avoid at all costs — there are plenty of other kitchen places in Westchester that know how to treat customers.

Looking to remodel bathroom. Wife and I arrived on Saturday and were greeted by gentleman behind counter. He directed us to go to the back corner of showroom to see the few bathroom vanities that they had. Spent about 20 minutes looking in corner and other parts of showroom. No other customers in showroom. Ladies at desks, gentleman behind counter and gentleman in back office. No one offered assistance. We walked out and went elsewhere where we were warmly greeted and assisted in choosing cabinets and bathroom layout.

DONOT, DONOT, DONOT order anything from this store. The owner, Robert, charged me nearly $ 8,000 for cabinetry which was ordered in March and promised for May delivery. When the cabinets finally arrived — in August — they were wrong! It took Robert until October 5th to return my phone calls, at which point he offered to re-do them«at a really good price.» Please stay away.

Great place for custom made cabinets. They have an impressive showroom with all sorts of options for both kitchen and bath. They also do tiles, floors, counters, handles, the works. We worked with Steve who was very helpful with our questions and offered a good discount on quite a few options we were looking at. Recommended.
