This morning my husband and I went to the 482 Tarrytown Road, White Plains NY location. As we were on line to place our order we heard two people behind the counter argue. The guy (who we were informed was the managers son) and a lady, the guy in front of 4 – 5 customers continued to be little and humiliate this lady and told her in front of others «you clearly cant do your job, i have to do it all for you» and then «what good are you anyway??». How can someone speak to others that way? Someone should tell the Manager to be at their store and tell their bratty oversized child to grow up.
Your lost valued customer and we will NEVER go back to that store.

I noticed that a lot of people leave reviews for this location under the impression this the drive-​thru location on Knollwood Avenue. This store is directly across from the BMW Dealership. I love this store. I go out of my way to come here. Everything is baked fresh daily just so you know. You can be sure that you will have fresh donuts and bagels everyday. Service is great too!

I ordered a caramel cappuccino and chocolate glazed donut at the drive thru and ended up with a regular glazed donut. Way to screw up my ordered!
I guess that’s what I get for not looking in the bag before I drove away… I didn’t feel like going back around and sending it back, so I just ate it… BUT its just the point!

I had to be on Tarrytown Road one morning last week and lo and behold I came upon a Dunkin’ Donuts. Great coffee, clean and a friendly staff. I’ll stop by this location again the next time I’m in the neighborhood!
