Seriously need to change pharmacies. EVERY time i call in an Rx, i give ample time for them to fill it(usually a couple of hours) and it never fails. I go to pick it up, and it’s never ready. I ask how long, and they tell me «give us another hour or so» .no matter that it’s for my diabetes and it needs to be used at a certain time. Also, the young ladies that work there speak so low and fast that i can’t hear them properly. I have to ask them all the time to please speak up. After this Rx, i believe i will be changing.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to CVS Minute Clinic in white plains, thought I would give it a shot. Well, it was absolutely terrible. The keyosk says that there are 3 people in front of me and that the wait is 90 minutes. I signed in at 11:00 am, they have a texting feature for your appointment so I signed up for that and went to wawa for a drink to waste some time. An hour later I haven’t received a text but decide to go in anyways and wait. I looked at the keyosk and it still says 90 minutes. There is no one to talk to so I wait another 30 minutes for the current patient to exit the room and a couple of minutes later I lightly knock on the door at which I am met with a rude tone that someone would be out shortly. The lady opens the door and I ask her if the keyosk is correct and she says yes. I told her I have been there for 90 minutes and it still said 90 more minutes. She then was politely rude in telling me the keyosk was not accurate after she said it was and asked if I wanted to be removed, again rudely. I left and the people behind me asked t be removed also. Minute Clinic my a**! Never again. They suck at prescriptions don’t know why I thought this would be any different. Never got my strep test, total waste of time!

If I could give this pharmacy –10 stars I would!!! The customer service is awful. The staff is either understaffed, overwhelmed, or just do not have a clue. They tell u that your prescription will be ready at a certain time but when u go to pick it up, it has not even been filled yet. The most recent incident was I filled a perception for my son for chewable allergy tablets, and these idiots give me the non-chewable like a child can swallow pills smh. Then when I call to let them know they gave me the wrong form of pill, she says she has to order the chewable tablets and it will be ready in 2 days… well 2 days later when I call back, guess what? Of course the pills have not been ordered. I’m going to take back the ones given to me and request a refund and my prescription to take to a pharmacy that is more competent and conscious of what they are doing.

Not sure what changed in the last year, but this pharmacy has become incredibly inefficient! Customer service is terrible, they tell you to wait 30 minutes for your Rx, but then take HOURS to actually get them. The wait feels so much longer when you’re in terrible pain and just need to get home. Avoid avoid avoid.
