The front desk staff is always very accomidating. The office is busy, but the girls in the back always work quick and efficiently to ensure that we are in and out of our appoitment at a reasonable time. They also make sure that I am aware of what work they will be doing that day. The doctors are always willing to explain why they are doing what they’re doing. I would highly recommend this practice for orthodontic treatment!

This practice has caused me such headaches!
They did my child’s braces. But they didn’t bill the insurance at the time of service. They waited 6 months. But by then, we had changed dental plans. So it was rejected by both our old and our new plans. So they began to send us the full cost bill. And threatening notices. But if they had billed the insurance on time, I would’ve saved thousands of dollars. My other child is going to need braces soon too. I will fins another orthodontist
