Lux Nails Spa

First time here today. Very very very impressed. I love that I watched a FRESH bottle (combo mind you) opened in front of me for my shellac Manicure, and I the combo pack included the matching color in regular polish. Very impressed with the hot pedicure. I’m told the brand they use will last up to 21 days. I could barely get my shellac to last over a week at my old Salon.
A bit pricey compared to other places, but to me it would as much more worth the pampering I got. I’m very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. I felt like I was at more of a Spa than a nail salon

First time getting shellac here a couple weeks ago and it’s still going strong. No chipping! I am so happy to have nails that are pretty without having to do acrylics!
Their pedicures are amazing as well. There are several ones you can choose from. Chairs and nice and the place is clean.

Clean and comfortable atmosphere. I go to Selena and she does a great job with acrylics, shellac, and lacquer applications.

I’ve been going to Lux since earlier this year and have never been disappointed. They are always friendly and honor my appointment time, if I’ve made one. The salon is ALWAYS clean and they have a huge selection of colors. I always get there early. Today I got a full set of acrylic nails with Shellac. Phil did my nails and did an AMAZING job. I had just taken my old set off and my nails were very weak. He was very careful and didn’t go too rough. I also asked for the ‘coffin’ shaped nails. He did a fantastic job and I am HIGHLY satisfied! Ask for Phil or Mike and go early!

Stopped in one evening to get a pedicure with my daughter. We opened the door and walked in to hear «WE’RE CLOSED». No sorry can we make you an appointment for tomorrow or anything. As we turned to leave we noticed the hours posted on the door indicated they should be open for 70 more minutes.

Today my daughter went there for acrylics and the older Asian man did not even great her, cut three of her fingers and when she complained of bleeding he pulled her hand back and proceeded filing on her cuts. No apology. When she was done he didn’t put her nails under the dryer, he said «don’t move» and walked away. She sat there for twenty minutes before someone else said «oh, you can go» I’m concerned about who else’s blood is all over the equipment.
I don’t recommend anyone use this place.

If you have gel on your nails it last about one week.
Pedicures are a little bit of filing and done. You have to have perfect toes to have a pedicure here. I am new to the neighborhood. Been here twice, but never again

Ive been here several times and have always had a good job on pedicure and manicure. I feel comfortable and its the only place I go. I’ve nerve waited more than 10 minutes to get in.

I’ve given this place plenty of chances to honor my appointments. Basically, appointments with them mean nothing. Today I walked out. I knew they weren’t serious when I called and made an appointment, it’s a joke. I walked in and was made to wait indefinitely while there were no technicians even close to done with their clients. They have no problem letting you sit there for a half hour. After 6 times of this, I’m done. It’s just as easy to go down the street to one of 84,000 other nail salons.

I love this place! I was recommended by a friend and I will definitely be back. I never felt so welcome at a nail salon before. Friendly and clean. A+

This is a decent place with newer equipment. They use sterilized/​packaged clippers and pay attention to detail when giving a mani or pedi.
Not a FANCY girls-​day-​pampering experience but good for a day out or maintenance trip.
Prices are reasonable too.
