Being relatively new to living in a home with a septic system, we appreciated the time he took to educate us about septic tank facts-​of-​life and maintenance.

I called and spoke with Ernie on Thursday of last week. He asked lots of diagnostic questions about the trouble I was having and then assured me that I’d probably be fine for a few days, until they could comfortable fit my tank into the schedule. That ended up being mostly true… month nature and a couple inches of rain had a different idea. I had to go easy on the water over the weekend. But they were to be out on Monday. I felt totally confident and trusted them right away, so just left a check taped to my front door. That evening, I had a receipt taped in it’s place… and very little evidence or where they had dug to find the access to the tank. Seriously, I won’t even know where it was in a few days. And he called later to check and make sure everything was ok. I know most people have sewer these days, but if you have a septic tank and a need for service ~ I’d so give these guys a call!!!
