Stop by many time to get my documents copied. I have to say that the staff who works at the copy station are really good and helpful. Can answer all questions that I skeptical about. Really appreciate to have good staffs on that department.

The story in and of the self is a fine place to go as. Their prices are comparable to everywhere else.
I can I have some printing done and four dollars to print for pages seems pretty excessive. I put in my jump drive hit print for pages later because he four dollars I do not see me coming here again for that. If you have the printing done I would for sure check somewhere else I just voice is overpriced

Employees act like they don’t wanna be there ²⁴⁄₇. Overpriced and uninviting. Try Walmart, target or office max.

The Service for Computer Virus removal is TERRIBLE! I will never set foot in that place again.

Great assortment of merch, hilarious and friendly staff. I got an airhead candy while looking around from one of the staff members.

Went there to get labels printed for wedding invites. Dan from the print center told us that all he needed were the addresses in a Word or Excel document and that he would put them into the format that they need and the order would be ready in 24 hours. I returned the next day with all the addresses in a Word file saved on a regular flash drive, as he asked me to do. They could not open the flash drive because it was in wrong format, never had that happen to me before. So they told me to email them the file, which I did the following morning. I immediately get an email back from supervisor Jose saying that the addresses are in a wrong format, and that I needed to put them into a label format so that they could print it… what? That’s what I’m paying you to do, if I wanted to format them myself then I would print them myself too, it’s not rocket science. I called him and explained that that’s not what we were told, he argued with me for a while telling me that this was not their policy to format the document for the customer. He eventually told me that he will do me this favor and get the order ready within 48 hours. My fiancé even went into the store the same day to confirm when it would be ready. That was on Wednesday. It’s now Sunday and I haven’t received any communication from anyone. I eventually bought my own labels and printed them out myself. Horrible customer service, train your employees not to tell people wrong information if it’s indeed your policy not to do something, and at least get back to customers to let them know the status of their order.

After my recent experience I have made a decision to switch from Office Depot to Staples. The store is well organized, staff is not just attentive, but have knowledge of their products, and even with the business discount at Office Depot (which was always difficult to obtain and very limited) Staples gives a 5% discount on all my purchase and some are even at 10%. I am very satisfied and look forward to the convenient location.

This review is for an employee named Chris (tall blondish guy). He was so knowledgable — could advise on what he sees people return, most popular items, packaging and more. This is the kind of guy you want to help you! Kudos!

Besides pretty much the entire month of August (back to school shopping) I love this place. It’s really close to me, so whenever we need school/​office supplies this is the place we go. Yes, things can be a little overpriced, but I like coming here because I know they’ll have what I need and usually a bit of selection. Nice, big store — and employees are usually friendly!

I’ve been coming to this Staples store for a long time now. I’ve got to say that I’ve seen this place when it was in the midst of the back to school rush, to the dreary days of the post holiday hangovers. The common thread throughout has been a clean, well thought out arrangement of inventory, truly knowledgable staff, helpful folks at their print services, and excellent customer service desk.

Much improved since my original review in 2011. They have a competent and friendly staff. Their «rewards program» has been improved and they have a very easy on line rebate system that actually works well.
