I love Furious Flames. I have been coming here on average twice a month since they opened. They are hands down the best wings in Wheeling, and I now prefer them to my long time favorite suburban wing spot, Gators. Not only is the food on point, Norberto and Ricardo and great guys and are always giving me free soup. Ignore the pretentious wannabee food critic 2 star reviews and recognize that if you are looking for delicious local food, eat here.

I just had a hotdog. It was not a Vienna dog. It had all the typical Chicago style fixins’ on a poppy seed bun with diced tomatoes instead of sliced and no sign of celery salt. Very good value at under $ 2.50. No where close to Portillios quality and flavor which I use as my measuring stick.
Very nice folks running the restaurant.

First time here. The food looks awesome! They say a picture paints a thousand words. When I got my Hawaiian Burger I was excited. I was expecting a sweet juicy burger with lots of flavor, I didn’t get that with this burger, and it was kind of spicy which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. The Breaded Mushrooms were ok. I’ve had better. And the sweet potato fries were good, probably the only good thing but I couldn’t eat them all. I wasn’t hungry after that, it all was just weird. The owner however is the nicest guy you will ever meet. I wish I could just say the same about his food. 2 points for presentation.

Everything that we have tried from here has been delicious. The esquites is so flavorful. If you like elotes, you will love esquites. My fiancé and I have also had the wings, caldo de camarón, and fried fish. The owner is very welcoming. We are starting to become regulars.
