Absolutely amazing service! I took a stroller to be shipped cross country after selling it on e-​mail. Jeff was great at not only packing all the components of my bulky item, but also shipping it for 20% less than quoted on ebay. Very nice and friendly folks as well as very professional. A pleasure to do business with! I’ll definitely use moving forward!

The owners and employees greet you at the door and are very friendly. The team is very efficient in packing my item, getting the lowest carrier price, arriving on time and in perfect condition.

I decided to give this place a try after reading mediocre reviews of UPS and seeing the one other review. I’m so glad I did! Jeff was super helpful and did a very thorough job packing up my items. Pricing was more than fair and the buildings on the property are adorable. Next time I’m in town and need to ship something, I will definitely be back.

Super nice people — I will absolutely switch all my shipping needs to these guys. I went to a different UPS Store to ship something internationally and they quoted me 400% higher than 971 North did. They rock!
