Horrible customer service. I was interested in buying a home and I called him and he was not any help. Instead of offering me a solution on how to better effectively purchase a home, he offered me no advice and some smart aleck responses. Such as that, «He didn’t want to sell the home, that’s why its listed.», all I have to say is how un-​professional.
You’d think that if someone called you to buy a home you were listing that they would be as helpful as they could. But this was not the case, and as a salesman myself, I cannot believe this guy is in business.
I would be vary wary of this guy listing your home, because if you want someone that is professional and motivated to do whatever it is to make the sale of the home possible, this is not the guy.
I know one thing, I will never list my home for sale with Steven Bihun as I now know he would probably scare home buyers away, as he did me, I will not be pursuing his listing nor any more of his.
