Customer service is not good. I was in the store a week earlier and called to ask a question about an area rug that I saw there. The store associate, Amanda, was very rude to me on the phone and was unwilling to even make an attempt to assist me. Really not professional at all and they lost a customer because of it.

I’m not a huge fan of stores like Home Goods. But I’ll try to put my personal bias aside for this review. First, I like how this store is organized. It’s laid out in a way that makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. And if you can’t find it, the store isn’t huge, so you can take a leisurely stroll around the store to find your item. Also, they have toys. It’s not a huge selection. But it’s enough that it kept my son busy so my wife could do her shopping. I’d say it was a good 20 minutes. And the toys aren’t overpriced either. You can find some real bargains. My impression is Home Goods isn’t consistent about the toys they stock, so it’s kind of a mixed bag when you go there. The employees are very friendly and attentive. A line began to form at the registers and it didn’t take long for another employee to come over to open up another register. The gentleman who checked us out was very nice and personable. Overall it’s a great store. I really can’t complain. Like I said in the beginning of this review I’m not a fan of stores like Home Goods, but I still know a good store when I see one. If you’re in the area, check this store out. You can probably find some cool stuff for your house.

This store and its employees are amazing! Lance one of the Wheaton Location’s employees is very sweet, super hard working, and always helps my mom and I find just what we need. They have a great variety of items from small things like dishes and candles to wine racks, sofas, and more!

Organized, clean, and there’s a TJ Maxx a few storefronts down if you haven’t satisfied your Home Goods craving. Found a cute vase for $ 12, but since I couldn’t figure out where I’d put it, I didn’t buy it. Now I have found a place for it, but I don’t feel like driving back to Wheaton. How frustrating! Great variety of wall décor, various home décor, photo frames and small furniture.

Busted! I stop in this store at least three times a month, which should tell you how great of a place this is. The staff is beyond friendly at this location, and tats half of the reason I keep coming back to this location. Beyond that, it’s always well-stocked, organized, and clean. I’d say I’ll see you there, but I’m worried you’ll find one of the things I’m on the hunt for! Oh wait, sometimes you get lucky and they have two. Wahoo!

This store rocks my socks and flips my flops(as my 7th grade students would say… and they know what’s cool). If you’re looking to decorate your home in a colorful sort of way, this is the place to go. It’s got any home decorating item or kitchen good you can think of, but not so much of that tacky plastic junk you can get at the big box stores. The kitchen section is my favorite. It’s got everything organized rather haphazardly, seemingly by color themes. You see red oversized coffee mugs with polkadots next to red tea-kettles and bright red pepper mills and Le Creuset cookware. Again, everything seems to be well-made and not cheapy. There’s a nice kids section divided into sides which seem obviously girly and obviously boyish. The linens, towels, and pillows sections also have a wide selection. By a careful process of aimless wandering, I have managed to find down cushions for my couch, colorful sheets in high thread counts and low prices, and extra towels and stuff for the guest bathroom(never mind that there are two litterboxes in my guest bathtub and no one will ever want to bathe there. whatever). The wall decoration area has some good deals on artwork and mirrors. It’s very reasonably priced and comes in your typical big three wall art types: landscapes, animals, and those signs about coffee, wine, love, and bathtubs in bastardized French. It’s kinda creepy walking in front of all the mirrors.(Oooh… this mirror makes my thighs look thin… I’ll TAKEIT! $ 300? Oh… wait…) Awesome deals, awesome stuff. If you like the home section of TJ Maxx, this is the store for you. I hear they’re by the same company.

I LOVE Home Goods. I’ve been a big fan for a while and it’s time to Unilocal about it. I can’t NOT buy anything from this place. They have great deals and super cute stuff! I have three lamps from Home Goods — a matching set in my bedroom for $ 39.99 each and one for the living room that was $ 29.99. They are all adorable. If you are looking for some unique affordable lighting — you are sure to hit the jackpot here. I also have two sets of bedding from Home Goods — duvet sets. Both are three hundred thread count and I’ve gotten countless compliments on them. My latest purchase was three organizational totes and a zippered box. All are covered in a cute black N white print and conceal my craft supplies in style. Each were under $ 14.99 a piece. HG is also a good place to go for kitchen items — stone dishes, pots, pans, bowls, etc. I also make sure to take a trip here every Halloween & Christmas time b/c they have cute decorations. They carry a particular kind of figurine and I like to get one each holiday. I told you, I’m a Home Goods junkie! If you are looking for high end style on a low budget, Home Goods is the place for you.

this place is amazing! it is my most favorite place to spend my lunch hour… and then some. if you’re into home décor/furnishings — whether it be cookware, pictures, lamps, furniture(like armories, tables, chairs, cabinets, desks, ottomans, wine racks, etc), bedding, bath, rugs, garden furniture and tons of really cool shit you wont find anywhere else all under one roof — they have it and its all marked down to some ridiculous $$. its really crazy sometimes. you’ll be sure to find a hidden treasure here. suckers for antiquey, charming pieces full of character — this is your place — they have the cutest end tables, jewelry cabinets, plant stands. oriental rugs for $ 199 – 299 — the BIG ones! the super clearance items marked down 70−90% sometimes because of a minor defect, who cares — its supposed to look distressed anyway!!! ive purchased almost everything here for my new home, and im so happy with my purchases. saved so much money. i have to go back for some larger furniture pieces, but i need a truck and i cant buy that there, otherwise, i would! they should rent them like home depot! enjoy! ps. ive been to the one in lemont, and this location is WAY better with much better selection. i cant speak for any other locations though. enjoy!
