My Delivery person Art B always calls before arriving, checks how many bottles of water I need. Will allow me to have more when I need it. Tells me about other services I may consider. He even goes the extra mile occasionally to pet my dog. I have mentioned Art to my neighbors as his customer service just shines, he really is the Culligan Man!

We called Culligan when our Iron Filter died… For our one bathroom house with just my wife and I living here they recommended a $ 3500 replacement. The technician was very polite, he showed up on time, but Culligan’s solution to high iron in the water is a $ 3500 filter. The best part is that it’s big selling point is that it can be recharged instead of just replaced every 5 – 10 years… Here’s where I had a hard time not laughing. It costs $ 800 to recharge Culligan’s $ 3500 filter. In the end, it cost us $ 897 to have a different company come by and install a generic iron filter. The generic one does a great job, and at $ 97 more than a recharge for culligan’s filter, if I replace it every 5 – 10 years it’ll take me 350 years before Culligan’s solution makes financial sense. So, in the year 2365 I’ll really be kicking myself for this decision, but for now I’m happy just going with a generic filter from someone else.

Not very good with other water softener. Came over a few times, wasted my time, charged me $ 140 for nothing. At the end, he said that he cannot fix it. My water soften head is completely disassembled. A disaster.
