This place us one if the worst hotel experiences of my life and I’m retired… stayed at quite a few hotels in my lifetime. This place is noisy, dirty and the parking is terrible. Several of the guest I’ve seen here made me feel the need for extra security! The walls had several holes from previous trauma or badly redecorating moves. The bathtub was disgustingly filthy… the non slip surface was black from lack of proper cleaning. I had to use a clean towel to stand on in that tub! The room smelled like it was recently fumigated with serious chemicals. The room rates should reflect the poor quality but no… they charge the same rate a clean and safe hotel would and give you none of that. I will never stay here again! The only word that comes to mind here is GROSS.

As first timers in Colorado, we weren’t looking to spend a lot of money but still wanted to be safe as well as close to the action of downtown Denver. This hotel was a great choice! Not only are the employees kind and willing to help, their lobby always smelled like Apple cider. The rooms were clean and quaint and the beds actually very comfy. Free breakfast in the morning and a hot tub! I wish there were more restaurants around, but this hotel was a great choice.

This is an older Comfort Inn, with the new lighting updates. The room itself was rather small — you can’t walk from one side of the bed to the other if the«mini-desk» is being used, and this is an «accessible» room! The walk in shower has no place to put the soap or anything else. A big FAIL on «accessibility». The check in «dude» is cool and friendly. Breakfast is nothing special — basic Comfort Inn issue. Lots of laser printed«don’t do this» type signs everywhere. Handicapped parking is nowhere near any door because of the property arrangement. Is it worth $ 120+? Not next time.

After a horrible night/breakfast at another hotel we switched to Comfort Inn. The front desk was friendly. The property manager was very nice to my daughter. The room was clean. Got a King size bed for $ 65. Right off the freeway for easy access and plenty of restaurants close by.

After an especially poor experience with the hotel down the street I walked into the lobby to assess my options. Virginia greeted me with an amazing attitude that improved my mood 100%. She assured me that if the room didn’t meet my expectations«she would make it right.» The rooms are beautifully updated, very clean, and much more than I expected. I am so glad that I stopped here; it is as if I were in a hotel that charges twice as much.

After spending a night in a Super 8, CI was a HUGE step up. Since we were driving through, we didn’t know the area very well, but found this place using hipmunk and Unilocal. We ended up choosing CI because they were pet friendly and not to mention, right next to the park! The room itself was comfortable as a hotel can be for the price we paid and pretty clean. I didn’t feel the need to wear my flip flops the whole time I was in the room. The continental breakfast was pretty impressive from other motel/hotels we’ve stayed at, which included a waffle maker with two types of batter(regular and blueberries), scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal, and some baked goods. We also utilized the pool, which was heated. The only downside was the spa wasn’t working at the time. I would definitely stay here again if we come through here again.

The hotel was fine. Not great, just fine. The gym they talk about is 3 machines, none of which work. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. They claimed to have 24 hour coffee but they never had any. Half of the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I doubt I would stay again

The room was clean. There were three of us so we had a suite. There was a half partition in the room that had wallpaper that was peeling off. The pillows were so small and under stuffed that I had to roll mine into a ball to have something quasi-comfortable. I slept on a pull out sofa bed, so I won’t rate that! But my mom and sister both slept in the beds and found them to be comfortable, except for the pillow situation. We made a side trip to Comfort Inn in Salida, Colorado, and they had two pillows to choose from on each bed, firm and soft, and the pillows were of ample size. The people at Comfort Inn Wheat Ridge were very surprised to hear that Salida had different pillows then they did. Other than that, the hotel was mostly quiet even though it was right next to the freeway. The only other trouble we had was getting the housekeepers to give us more toilet paper and kleenex when we were out. I would stay here again.
