I have been working with Brian for a couple of months now. We are purchasing a HUD home, which, I was unaware of, is full of many pitfalls. Through this all, Brian has been absolutely fantastic, and helped us deal with every hurdle that has come with this.
He is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process, and how to work with every aspect. I cannot say enough about him, or how wonderful he has been to work with. This has been an extremely stressful experience, since we bought our previous homes before the market fell and all the new regulations were put into place. There is also a great deal of paperwork that comes with this process, and Brian made it streamlined with moving it all back and forth.
I don’t think it would have been as easy to just roll along as it has been without Brian. If you need to get a loan, this is the place to be.
