this is not a reputable company.
From the day we moved into our new «home» we have had nothing but issues.
these issues should have been taken care of before we moved in, but we were in a bind and only had a week to find somewhere to live, this company took advantage of us.
We were lied to on several occasions, first we were told by one of the property managers that our walls would be painted our carpet would be cleaned and the house would be cleaned BEFORE WE SIGNED OUR LEASE, it never happened so we had to come out of pocket $ 800 just to paint 4 rooms (walls were filthy) we couldn’t afford to paint the whole house.
the carpet was never cleaned it was disgusting… we paid for that to get cleaned which cost us quite a bit as well as paying for the house to be cleaned.
the ad for this townhome stated that it was «available for immediate move in» this was not true. the main property manager doesn’t really know how to fix things properly and lies when you ask questions… so I’ve caught him in several lies… the other one is lazy and stinky.
what an embarrassment this company is.

I can only speak to the «property management» element of what these guys cover, but I just had a really great experience. Sean arrived a couple minutes before the time we had arranged (no «someone will give you a call between 9am-​11am), he was personable, knowledgable and got the job done in 15 minutes (we were having trouble with our locks). If we have any other things break down around the apartment I will definitely suggest to our landlord to call this company again. Thanks for your help!
