Dunkin’ Donuts

This location doesn’t measure up to the others. Difficulties ordering partially caused by my inability to understand the person behind the register. I guess I shouldn’t be terribly surprised that my order was wrong which I didn’t discover until I got home. I would probably go to a different location if possible. I went here because I was in the area.

This is a fully renovated Dunkin, with a nice seating area and bathrooms in the back. Just like any Dunkin you get your coffee and some kind of food from the menu. Staff here is exactly what you expect to find at a Dunkin Donuts location, but they do try to accommodate and get you going.
Aside from coffee I rarely get anything here. They also offer free WiFi if you want and lots of parking.

Well like I said I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years, and the past year there has been an employee here who is very nasty to me and I know it’s just I’ve seen how she talks to the other patrons while I’m waiting and she hasn’t seen me yet. We had a disagreement about almond milk in my iced coffee where if you do not shake it first it looks like a snow globe! She was very nasty and rude to me. Well today I see she is wearing a name tag where she had not in the past. Mary, she is a Latino woman very rude and nasty, now normally I don’t do this but I’m tired of getting that type of attitude where my co workers and I patronize this dunkin donuts multiple times a day, NOBODY goes to this dunkin more than us!!! Everyone else at this location are great! I wasn’t going to but I’m gonna make a big issue about this!!!

Very poor service. Ordered 3 vanilla chais at 4 and didn’t walk out till 415. I was the only one in line…
