Called this dealership about a diesel ford they were selling. My fiancé and I were driving about 45 minutes to an hour to see this truck, which we clearly stated when originally calling to check and see if the truck was still available. So we finally arrive there and the only salesperson (I guess the other two weren’t capable of discussing what’s up with the truck with us?) Kyle of course wasn’t there. He was out «showing another vehicle to a customer at their storage facility» supposedly. So my fiancé and I wait around for ~20−30 minutes and finally Kyle strolls in. Mind you — their facility is a tiny, barely-​noticeable building that evidently shares the building with a vehicle repair shop, so there’s literally no where to park. So while Kyle isn’t around my fiancé and I check the truck out. The entire bottom of the truck is spray painted black — obviously hiding how much of a rust bucket the thing was. Interior wasn’t incredible — interestingly they said specifically on the advertisement that there were no foul smells but when I opened the truck I immediately smelled some type of painting chemicals and my fiancé confirmed they must have painted the bottoms of the doors or something on the interior. Fortunately my fiancé is a mechanic so he could tell this truck needed quite a bit of work. But when Kyle finally showed up he told us that we couldn’t test drive the truck because it needed something (can’t remember what) to be replaced. So my fiancé says what the hell, I had called you guys telling you I was driving about an hour away and not one of you in the three times I had phones conversations with you could be bothered to mention that? We left. Seems to be a bunch of hacks and crappy trucks.

Wish no stars was an option. Place if full of trucks they get at auction with major defects. They put band aids on to clear check engine lights and things like that. I bought an 03 Power stroke here. Worst decision I could have made. I had just returned home from the military and rushed into a truck I regret every day since. These are not good people they care only about flipping the garbage trucks on their lot and not about anything else. The truck has cost me thousands in repairs since purchase a few years ago. Avoid this place at all costs.
