Last winter was brutal. While getting low and calling local oil companies, including one that I was a regular customer with for 10 years, all would state that they couldn’t get oil to me for days and sometimes up to a week! On one occasion, on a Sunday, I was extremely low and most likely would have ended up with frozen pipes. I called Paul and he had 100 gallons over to me in an hour, even though it was supposed to be a day off for him! I also like the fact that Paul does his preventive maintenance for the coming season well in advance. He will come out and clean the burner in the Spring & summer in order to have the burner clean and ready for Fall. He’s our new oil man! His service can’t be beat! He truly cares for his customers.
