The scheduling office of Shield’s MRI is chaotic. They rescheduled the appointment three different times, after I initially had to reschedule. Confusing the dates, scheduling the wrong equipment and then neglecting to get a current service authorization. Disappointed with the entire experience of trying to schedule something. Will go elsewhere.

I have never had an MRI before going to Shields so I guess I don’t have anything to really compare to, but I was quite impressed. Having an MRI was not exactly exciting to me, and in fact I was dreading it and a little scared. Every single person i dealt with there from the waiting room to technicians was extremely friendly, happy, and kind. They made an otherwise dreadful experience as tolerable as possible.

Very fast and friendly service during the MRI and even after the actual MRI Shields medical records dept has been very helpful providing fast courteous service.
