Napoli Pizza

People are very nice and food is always on time. My deal breaker at this point is only based on one menu item. I won’t go back — past 3 times I ordered my favorite Buffalo Chicken Calzone, it was VERY gristly… the first time I chalked it up to lazy «chicken chopping!» but after the 3^rd time of biting into a nasty piece of inedible fat/​gristle I gave up. Bummer, because it was the best.

Got food delivered to a house near Stockholders a few weeks ago. Steak n cheese sub was awesome. Pizza was solid.
Just unsuccessfully tried to give them a $ 75 delivery order. They say they have limited delivery so fair enough I guess. But my current address is, according to Mapquest, 2.5 miles away and the place in Weymouth I had delivery to a few weeks back is 3.8 miles. Does this make sense?
If my address isn’t covered, I can’t imagine what is in my city, which is on their «limited» list.
They sounded very busy tonight but to me, if you can deliver to a city that is also listed as limited delivery but is 3.8 miles away, and you claim not to deliver to mine which is much closer, I think you’re just making snap decisions based on how busy you are.
My business should be appreciated whether you’re busy or not so while yes, the food is good, this kind of nonsense drives me crazy.
I intended to make them my new go to place, I guess I’ll just give my money to a more accommodating business.

I used to love this place until they skimped me on an order. I purchased a platter with onion rings was delivered without the onion rings. When I called to request them to send the missing part of my order they told me, despite the menu, onion rings were not part of the meal. They had no problem charging my card for them however. Will not order from here again.

My girlfriend and I ordered some pizza. Cheese and pepperoni. Both were awesome. Delivery was very quick too. I shorted them one Star because we got a side of onion rings and they were pretty bunk. Mind you, this review is based on one order though. We will definitely order from here again.
UPDATE: We ordered out and again from here and this time we shared a Meatball and ricotta calzone. We were very impressed. As far as a basic pizza and sandwich place goes, this place is pretty good.

It was my first time ordering a panini from here but I didn’t get a panini. Just a regular sandwich on toasted bread, not pressed at all. The cheese wasn’t even melted, pretty disappointing. Just look at the picture, that supposed to be a BLT panini.

This pizza sucks. Go somewhere else. Had delivery. Quite possibly the worst pizza we’ve ever had.

Best pizza in the area. Seriously my girlfriend and I always order from here when we get pizza. Have tried cheese, buffalo chicken, chicken parm, pepper and onion, and a ton more and we love it always. Fast delivery as well

Perfectly gooey cheese pizzas with just the right amount of sauce, Napoli is our local go to spot for quick takeout dinners. Their speciality pizzas and hot and cold sandwiches are good as well. I find them a bit heavy handed on the meat but see that others may appreciate it. Only complaint is that they have changed their fresh onion rings to dinky Burger King like ones. Sign up for an online order account to earn points towards a $ 10 credit.

I order from Napoli approx once a week for lunch at work. Their food is above average if you ask me, the quality of ingredients is better than your standard pizza place stuff. The delivery people are always quick. Lots of good pizza choices. A really good choice for good pizza.

I want to give a little hint you about getting extra cheese on the Veal Parm Dinners! I had ordered Veal Parm and Ziti. You can add Chicken or Meatballs to it too for extra $. I added the Chicken Parm to the Veal Parm, seeing as I couldn’t decide which one I wanted I got both. If I could have gotten Eggplant Parm in there too I would have :) and added extra cheese. Don’t do it! I had a tough time trying to find the meat there was so much cheese to dig through. They’re not cheap with the meats OR the Extra Cheese! They really cover it well!!! It was still VERY good. They’re reasonably priced, give good amounts of food (I can only eat about half of it and have it again for lunch the next day). Order online! It’s so easy to do. Their system is beyond excellent.
Their pizza is North End style Italian pizza. Hand tossed. Very good!. We’ve only had one problem with pizza delivery where the pizza box slid and the toppings were a bit messed up and we’ve been getting delivery for years now. We tried to fix it the best we could, then ate it! It all winds up in the same place anyway!
I saw a review complaining about a Margharita Pizza, know what you’re ordering before you order it! Those pizzas don’t have sauce, hon!!!
A Margharita Pizza is, «No sauce, tomatoes, garlic, basil & mozzarella». … I only wish they gave free food on your birthday. I still give Napoli’s 5 stars today.

Literally the best buffalo chicken pizza ever, and everything else. Once you get pizza from here it’s hard to go any place else. Prices are very and the portion sizes are huge. The delivery is very quick even on weekends.

The pizza looked great, but when I bit into it was without sauce. Not very good. Had chunks of tomatoes.

First time ordering and two hours later pizza arrives. Food is mediocre and not worth the wait time. try Pizza Express. Pizzas, food and service is much better and definitely faster. Go else where this place sucks

Napolis Crispy Chicken Caesar salad is to die for… So good!

My fiancé and I order from here often because it’s close. Tonight we ordered two salads w/​grilled chicken and when we began cutting into the chicken we noticed that a majority of it was pink and cold in the middle (it was clearly raw). We decided we’d at least get reimbursed and thought it would be fair to call back and order two veggie stir fry wraps. When the person answered we were told that we would not be reimbursed and we could only have them deliver the same order. In a nice-​way we objected, saying that we really weren’t interested in having anything with chicken, we go there all of the time and the new order would be less expensive. The person on the other end began raising there voice and said «if you don’t want it I really don’t know why we are still talking».
Needless to say we ended the conversation and we will not be returning.

We had a family gathering in Weymouth & called in a decent-​sized lunch order ($ 51 worth of subs and pizza). Drove almost ten minutes over, paid, and waited for a few minutes for everything to be done. The girl brought out a big bag and said «Here you go.» My brother specifically asked «Is everything in this one bag?» Yes, we were assured.
Got all the way home, and only our subs were in the bag. We were missing an entire medium pizza from the order.
So I had to drive BACK to the shop to pick up my cousins’ pizza. By the time I got back to the house again both the pizza and MY sub were cold.
The worst part of it was that Napoli’s robbed me of the opportunity to have lunch with my family, as I had to drive back and forth instead of eating together.
They also mixed hot and cold subs in the same big bag. They really need to work on their customer service. It wasn’t that busy that they couldn’t have gotten this right.

The pizza is awesome here. I had a get together with friends and family today and ordered some pizzas, I have spent time living in Italy and can tell good quality pizza.
I ordered through grub hub and they made a mistake with their communication with the restaurant, so some of the toppings weren’t exactly as ordered but the owner called to explain the miscommunication and I could tell that this was a family business. Looking forward to ordering from here again!

This place has the best food. Calzone, subs and appetizers. Terrific! Order and enjoy! Your whole family will love it. Quick delivery too!

Buffalo chicken bacon pizza!!! That’s all I have to say its amazing!

Great place to go for pizza, subs, salads, and calzones. Have never been disappointed with the food or delivery service. Hands down my first choice when ordering pizza or calzone in the area.
