I have no doubt about the quality of the candy. This is not in question. I do think that owners begin to take their customer base for granted. How hard would it have been to put not dry fudge on the counter to sample. And when wrapping do it with love and care. A lesson is needed by one counter Gal. I will no return!

Best chocolate ever, milk and dark are equally amazing!!! Employees were so nice and very helpful. Jennifer, I would highly recommend you giving them another chance. The girls I encountered were fabulous!

While I would agree that Jennifer had a horrible experience I don’t think you can blame a store or company based on one employee.
I am still absolutely in love with their chocolates and find them to be of great quality.
