I recently went into this store and bought an engagement ring for my lady. I had everything planned out to propose in Vegas at the MGM hotel. I had the tickets paid for, hotel paid for, etc. A week later I went away for away for Army training for two weeks (I was going to Vegas the week I got back) while away, I get a call from my lady alerting me to a piece of mail I got from Rocky’s. Needless to say, the only reason I would have gotten mail from this place would be if I made a recent purchase there. The entire suprise was ruined.
I called in the next day to express how I felt about getting a thank you letter in the mail from an engagement ring store (politely I may add) and was told BY THE OWNER that «I should have told the woman who rang me up that the ring was a suprise.» (keep in mind, ENGAGEMENT RING!)
BE WARNED! If you are going to buy a ring at this store in order to suprise someone the way I tried, the owner of the store recommends that you alert the store to NOT PUT YOU ON THE MAILING LIST!
I will not be shopping at this store again.

Definitely call ahead and ask to speak directly to the owner before driving here. I called earlier this morning about selling an old engagement ring I had, then drive all the way up there just for them to tell
Me they didn’t want it.
