We brought our car in to be serviced not long after purchase, and the manager was very rude, condescending, and dismissive to my questions. I did not have unrealistic expectations or excessive questions, and he simply preceded to tell me he’d never buy a car without a warranty, which was a «stupid decision». I will be sure to avoid them in the future, and would not recommend them to anyone considering their complete lack of professionalism.

My cars side view mirror was recently wrecked in to. I took it into wright collision to get an estimate. I needed to have the estimate emailed to me. This must be to much to ask! 3 calls to them and not yet emailed to me! What’s so hard?
