Subway

This Subway is easily the worst I’ve ever been to. Consistently poor service from people who either don’t have enough common sense to put meat and cheese evenly on bread, or just don’t care.

Ah Subway, you fill my stomach with your yummy goodness for cheap money, but unfortantely, at this location, the customer service is horribly lacking.
I had called about 5:30 on Memorial Day to see what time they were open until. All I received as a reply was ‘6pm’ then the phone hung up. I had a feeling it was not going to be a good experience when I went in.
I arrived at the store about 5:45 to find that the store was in preparation of closing. There was only a single lady standing behind the counter at the bread station waiting as I walked in. When I approached her at the counter, she did not say a single word to me (no, hello or what would you like, nothing.) So I stood there for a moment expecting her to say something to me, but again, she remained silent. I ordered by food and answered her brief questions and couldnt get out of that store fast enough.
Having worked in the food industry for years, I know what its like to have a customer come in at the last moment before close, but you still need to treat the customer with respect. And it wasn’t like I had some large, complicated order either, just an Italian BMT.
So Subway, get your act together or hell will be raised the next time I’m treated this way.
